Havertys Furniture

We had an excellent experience with Cat as our sales representative and Alayna as our designer. We are building a new home and needed to furnish the entire thing. It was an overwhelming task for us, but Cat and Alayna Alayna made it seem so easy. Thanks to both of these ladies for all of their help with our project!

We came in with a single purpose of buying quality dining room chairs. Mary introduced herself when we got there and after showing her a picture of the table we were trying to match up chairs to, she immediately started showing us a good variety and helped us settle on what we hope will be the perfect pairing of rustic and formal dining room furniture.

From the moment I went in the store I was greeted by a staff member named Cat/Kat. She was very knowledgable about the furniture and was able to understand my vision and guided me through the process of buying almost everything for my new home. She went above and beyond and remains in touch via phone/text to let me know of any changes. I would highly recommend you ask for Cat when going to Haverty’s.

The store is really nice. A lady by the name of Cat helped me. She made it a very easy process. She stayed in touch with me until my delivery. The delivery was an easy process too. The two men were respectful of my house.

We were greeted at the door by Kelli, she got right to her work, asking us all the right questions, very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise, went the extra mile to make sure she understood what we were looking for and exactly what we wanted.

Harvey was a well informed sales associate. I told him what I wanted and he took us straight to the perfect sofa and chairs. He was attentive and kind making the purchase smooth. Christie makes the financial end of the purchase extremely easy. Quality furniture, quality sales associate, and quality office personnel equals 5 star experience.

They have a great selection on beautiful furniture, home decor, great customer service, wonderful designer, delivery team, couldn't ask for a better experience!!! 😀
