I am more than happy to make this comment regarding their customer service because Katherine provided me with exceptional after-sales customer service! In addition, she responded very, very quickly to my request for help in finding a replacement part. I was truly impressed by the very courteous service and the genuine concern to help me. I greatly appreciated it and have rarely seen such good service elsewhere.

We had such a great experience dealing with Katherine at Armen Living. We ordered five outdoor bar stools and I called to request touch up paint. She was so pleasant and was quick to inquire with her team if they had any available. She reacted quickly and responded within minutes with an email that provided a tracking number for the paint samples that I received two days later. Now that’s great customer service!!! Thank you Katherine!! Oh and by the way, we are in love with our new barstools!

Bought three bar stools from them through wayfair. By far the worst quality product I have ever seen when it comes to furniture. Dents. Unfinished paint. Paint peeling. Etc. Every one of the three chairs ordered (separate orders) has minimum of 5 large defects. Take a look at the pictures! Too bad as the design of the chairs is actually really nice. Contacted the company - response was 'looks like they got damaged in the shipment.' Nothing else. No offer for replacements. Nothing. Don't waste time with them. Company like that shouldn't even be in business.

Outstanding customer service, high quality, fast shipping. Trendy, unique products. They pretty much can furnish your whole house... I bought a leather sofa, office chairs and barstools from Armen Living and the quality is amazing! You can't go wrong with them. Highly recommended.

I bought a 6 drawer dresser for $1000 at full price. The first drawer came out of the channel in 9 months. I thought it was a one-off, but in the next 3 months two more drawers are now detached in a very similar way. The remaining 3 also look malformed and I think they’ll break soon in the exact same manner. We’ve only stored clothes in there and nothing super heavy. I called customer care and they are not willing to do anything (even when I’m willing to pay for repairs) since it’s over the 12 month warranty. They essentially want me to throw a $1000 dresser to trash soon after 1 year of buying it at full price. The furniture is unstable and even worse durability than Ikea, despite being so much more expensive. Please avoid!

They provided such incredible customer service that it took my breath away! My chair arrived with a missing rubber foot, and I emailed the company to request a replacement. They emailed me back 13 minutes later! Then, they shipped the part and emailed me the Fedex tracking number within 26 minutes of my first email! Such a pleasure for a company to be so responsive. Plus, I loved the chair.
