I love shopping here! I can always find the products and items I need. The staff is incredibly helpful. Recently, I went shopping with my disabled daughter, and the manager, Narene, was very kind and accommodating to us at the register. Kindness goes a long way! Thank you, Narene and the staff, for making the holidays great! 🎄

Extremely frustrating experience when processing a return for an item that was purchased a few days before. We had to wait a couple of hours to have the return processed and then when it came time to process the return, we had push back from the associate that was helping Us. My elderly mother had worked at this location in the past so to expect this horrible customer service was surprising to say the least. We hope this review can shed some light to how some employees seem to have complete disregard to how customer service should be.

My wife and I stopped by this Marshall store yesterday so I can look at some shorts. I wanted to see if this store will have some Nike store for a decent price but I didn't find any. It could be because there a Nike store nextdoor that I was already planning on visiting. There a lot of parking spots in the plaza this store is located in. This store is big inside and has a lot of stuff to choose from. There are staff throughout the store if you need any help. The store is nicely organized and I didn't see one piece of clothing on the floor when I was here. The dressing room is on the right side of the store. My wife was going to buy something but then saw the long line at checkout so she changed her mind. There no self checkout station here so just be aware that you might have to wait.

First time going into this marshalls. I do have to say it's messy inside and very hard to walk around. Specially if you are trying to push a cart around. A lot of the items are thrown on the floor. Some items have been opened and the trash is left in the walk ways. Maybe it's just because they have an abundant overload of toys but will try to head back a different time of year.

As I usually spend some couple hours on any given visit and they are always warm and welcoming. I made friends with one of the associates, and we talk about sports and transformers regularly. He makes me privy to the incoming shipments of shoes before they even hit the floor. It's nice going to an establishment that treats you well with employees with good dispositions. Good place to shop. Stock is always full. They even added another shoe section. Go!

Nice I do not know its just me and my bad luck, but couple times i go for things i really need and i dont find them in my size or color or find them at all. ( i still end up something tho lol ) But other than store clean and staff are friendly.
