Pottery Barn

I loved the idea of Pottery Barn everything until I bought a sofa that cost more than $5,000 with the special crypton fabric that is supposed to not stain not absorb water basically be stain proof. I can't say how disappointed I am with this water of money sofa. It has become deformed, stains that cannot cone out. I was absolutely lied to about this fabric and the whole over all sell of this sofa. Do not waste your money on furniture at Pottery Barn. An inexpensive sofa from Amazon or living spaces is probably your best bet. I will never buy another Pottery Barn piece of furniture or anything from there for that matter.

Great manger, Tyler is so professional but also super nice. Always takes the time to help. I also had a great color suggestion for toss pillows from Britta — I could not get the colors right for my eggplant-colored sectional — and she made it WOW. Happy whenever I go in, always something I need. Next trip: accent bed pillow and new photo frames, maybe a new room fragrance 🥰

Ridiculous excuse of a store. There’s a big reason why the stores are losing customers who turn to online shopping such as Amazon for the same products. I was just here a few minutes ago and was going to purchase about $160 worth of bath stuff for someone’s birthday present. I got to the register and the employee was helping another customer. The customer left and the cashier continued wrapping items as I stood there for another five minutes. She informed me she would be with me in a few minutes. If she was that occupied spending her time wrapping stuff; possibly for the customer that left the store minutes prior, with no other cashier present, then there should’ve been a second person at the registers. How is it people do not understand that a stores priority should be to help customers and get the customers out of there in a timely manner?!!! I’m just going to Amazon to purchase these items which are available on Amazon. I should have done that from the beginning.

Great experience, really helpful staff. I don't know if it was because we shop all day and delt with all sorts of sales people and just was burned out at the end of it but me and the wife felt at ease with the associate at Pottery Barn. An we did not come to terms at 1st with what they had in stock ,she made suggestion and we were open to looking on line to making a special order ,that way we both got what we wanted.. Now that's done, thank goodness.

Goodluck with the store Manager. She was unhelpful, didn't give me the customer service one would expect for a local especially.
