The delivery was fast, and the setup was flawless. We loved the no-pressure approach and family-owned feel—definitely our go-to for furniture now!

I got my living room, dinning set and tv stand from Center furniture and I have to said is the best furniture store in Vallejo; the prices are amazing the customer service is incredible plus the delivery was so fast. I will definitely come back to get my kids a new bed set. Here I will put picture of what I got from them.

I was treated terribly after purchasing the wrong size bed. The owner screamed like crazy DISRESPECTFUL and didn’t let me EXCHANGE it. Instead he KEPT 25% of the purchase. DONT buy from this store. Not worth the disrespect he portrayed to me. He could have at lease let me exchange it. But he TOOK ADVANTAGE OF KEEPING a percentage of the price instead. Wish I could leave NO star. Mr. Loe you are a terrible person. I should have known because there is never anyone in your store

My husband and I were shopping for some new furniture for our new house. When we were inside the store the salesman Carlos greeted us in a very professional way. Very nice, very patient, and not pushy at all like most of the salesman's are! He took the time with us and gave us some breathing room to make our decision on what we wanted to buy. When we were ready to buy our furniture he gave us a very good discount! We are definitely coming back! Great service!👍👍👍

I wish I could have given a half of a 🌟 Used to be a great furniture store with quality furniture! I purchased a leather sectional recliner set in February 2020 right before the pandemic. During the installation, we notice the set looked used. The owner then said he would replace it,especially since it had stop reclining. Then the pandemic occurred causing a wait time (which is understandable). The new couch was delivered in August! Yes, almost 6 months of waiting only to have another malfunctioning recliner delivered. The owner apologized an promised he would reorder the set an deliver it in 2 weeks. Here it is October an still no delivery! After numerous calls an visits an promises from the owner, we are fed up! If there are no new couches delivered to my home by monday October 5th 2020, i will be reporting this furniture store an the owner to the Better Business Bureau. I will also be delivering the couches to the store for a full refund. The owner has not offered any discounts or anything for my inconvenience! Enough is enough!

Bought a dining table with 8 chairs from this furniture store (CENTER) this week in October 2021… when the table was delivered it was broken/damaged and scratched and also a chair was scratched. When we asked for a replacement he refused the service and asked us to come pick the $500 deposit we placed. Another trip from Vacaville to Vallejo because he didn’t wanna replace the damaged items. He told his guys to bring all the furniture back! BAD customer service!!!!Not a very great owner; mean and grouchy. Made a mistake giving this guy Lu our business, previous owner was nice. Won’t give him business anymore!!!! 🥶😡

I bought a table and a couch( couch was install wrong, the nails was showing) form LO "THE STORE OWNER" I don't like giving bad reviews to no one but this time, I just felt so played by him. when he delivered my table to my apartment I noticed that it was not a new table. it was damaged. Obviously I NOTICED RIGHT AWAY. I called him right away and told him about it. He agreed to change it and that it was going to take over a week because of covid-19 situation. so I waited with no problem ,totally understandable. It been over a year and I still haven't receive my table and he still giving me BS THAT HE WILL CALL ME IN A WEEK- this is what happens went you decided to buy furniture form small business just to support them. Terrible place to go buy furniture. he is always trying to charge people more for the tables or couches that they probably are build in the back of the store. I DONE CALLING HIM- PLEASE PEOPLE DONT GO THERE!!!
