Ace Hardware of Van Nuys

Came by to get a replacement toilet seat and a few things and really enjoyed the store. Huge parking lot and a much more open and spacious layout than the Ace Hardwares in familiar with up north here. Nothing was abnormally priced, it was pretty well staffed, and I was able to get exactly what we needed.

I stopped by this Ace Hardware today to pick up my online order. I got the Craftsman oscillating tool so my dad can use it to cut the roof shingles. They had a special if you were a reward member so I brought it and got it to be delivered at the store. I found parking alright in their parking plaza. When I walked in, I went straight to the online order area but I did click on the link that I was on the way and when I got to the store. It didn't help since the lady couldn't find the order so she said it's likely in the back. So I was in the store for awhile. Once she came with my order, I signed for it and went to the power tools aisle to see if I needed to get any additional tools. A worker there was amazing helpful with all my questions and I was highly appreciated of it. Their prices are a little higher here than other stores, I don't know if they price match.

The staff at this ACE Hardware are incredibly friendly and always willing to help you make the best decisions for your projects. They don’t just assist — they do it with a smile every single time. It’s rare to find a place where the employees are so approachable and genuinely happy to help. Shopping here is always a great experience!

Great local hardware store that compared to all the other big box stores has extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and a lot of of them so you’ll never find yourself wandering the aisles searching for something alone. Be sure to get the app so you can save some money with their discounts and deals that are frequently sent to members and there’s even a deal going on right now where if you buy a $50 gift card you get a $10 gift card back. Worth signing up just for that alone.

A great go-to store! There’s always someone available to answer questions, and I love that I don’t have to walk like a mile going around and atound to find what I need. Convenient, helpful, and quick — exactly what a neighborhood hardware store should be

We love this Ace Hardware for household items and plants even better when there used to be Orchard. Selection is great and you can find pretty much everything you’re looking for. Christmas decorations are fantastic!!!
