Outstanding Customer Service! I recently ordered a shoe brush for my Bates boots from Sunburst Uniforms but was mistakenly sent the wrong item. Laura handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and kindness. Her communication was clear, timely, and courteous — she took the time to explain the mix-up and sincerely apologized. More importantly, she went above and beyond to help me track down the correct item. Today I received the proper brush, along with a thoughtful personalized note and a few extra goodies as a gesture of goodwill. It’s rare to find customer service this dedicated and sincere these days. Thank you, Laura, for turning a small mistake into a genuinely positive experience. I won’t hesitate to shop with Sunburst Uniforms again.

​My experience with the uniform purchase was fine, but the alterations service was poor. I had to visit the store three times (the initial pickup, plus two return trips) because the alterations I asked for had multiple, obvious issues. The work seemed rushed and carelessly executed. While I appreciate that there was no extra charge to fix the errors, the poor quality of the initial tailoring and the subsequent time wasted was frustrating. They need to improve the quality control on their alteration work.

Really friendly and professional workers here. Came to buy a tie bar and ended up buying a bunch if other stuff, they have a large selection of things. They also shine boots for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place and the young lady who helped was very friendly and helped me find the items I was looking for

Great shopping experience. Quick with the service even though they were busy at the moment it stopped in. On staff trailer was also very fast with alteration suggestions and fitting. All and all a good experience that I would highly recommend to future shoppers.

Accommodating to all Uniform needs and work in an amazingly timely fashion. In a sea of faceless big name corporation stores it is wonderful to have a soulful Brick & Mortar shop with friendly faces to assist us.
