Kohl's

Most of these stores are five star they keep it very clean staff members are always helpful and eager to help. Bathrooms were nice. The only problem I have with this place and yes I am a man but I don't think this has any influence on this opinion but the Sephora in the middle has always bothered me ever since they installed those stores within the store because it takes up a lot of space and they could be selling more inventory without that big cube in the middle of their store not understand why Sephora can't just be a separate store maybe next door instead of right in the middle of the store itself but hey to each company their own.

Last time I shopped at Kohl’s was years. I was reminded when I went to make a return after doing some online shopping 11/2025. I had to make an exchange the associate was not help full I asked for a manager NICOLE came out did not introduce herself or say hi how can I help I kept looking for my online I order I told the associate ok here I found it. The manager left the associate scanned my order number she said it’s not coming up I told her item is right here same scu. She said it’s not on here I asked you can’t use my kohls number my credit card I used or my order number for an exchange she no. It should NOT be this difficult to make a simple transaction exchange. I worked in retail so I was calm I would never mistreat anyone I kept it polite and respectful but I will not spend in a place even though they have great items ever again. Sincerely a disappointment customer FYI the old navy place that just opened great customer service! I’m going to go give them a 5 star!

This was my first visit ever to the store and I have to say I’m really impressed! Now let me be clear I walked in the store not to shop but to drop off an Amazon return item. There was a customer service worker inside the store who kindly directed me to the back. As I walk to the back I thought to myself man this is really smart to put the Amazon returns in the back because I knew keep customers there to shop. The Amazon return area was clearly marked out. The gentleman who was working the counter was very clean and friendly. When I say clean I mean he cleaned the counter before I walked up. I appreciate that during this time. I decided to walk around the store and check things out for you and for myself for later. I found they have a wide variety of clothes. There’s clothes for people of all ages and stages of life. What really caught my eye was the toy section. Growing up I loved to play with Lego. They had a massive Lego section for the store. I also noticed that they had juniors clothes, so this is a place I could shop for my kids. Overall the staff was really friendly and the store was super clean.

I went to go Christmas last minute gifts to put with he others purchased at Kohl's a few weeks ago. My daughter in OR likes the kitchen towels to go with the holiday & managed to find one set for Thanksgiving & 1 for Christmas. I also found a pullover blouse with a detachable necklace in light blue which is the color I was looking for my long time friend. Even her friends want to see what I have found for Sue. It was my good fortune to fine Sonoma mid rise Capri in white with a draw string waist which I like due to my scoliosis which has affected enlarged waist. Also found some wrapping tissue paper & a few cards this trip. Kohl's is my favorite place to shop. I used my Kohl's cash & also spent enough to get another $10.00 in Kohl's cash. Thankyou Kohl's for still being close enough to shop.

The first time I ever visited Kohl’s was years ago when a co-worker gave me a gift card to their store. My recent visits however have been strictly for Amazon returns. They only have one person waiting and as Amazon has gotten bigger they tend to have small lines, nothing crazy though. Returns are fairly easy and once being helped you are in and out of this place. Overall experience is okay and nothing to really dread.

Typical Kohl's, though stock was a bit depleted due to post Christmas. Be sure to download your coupons to get the best value before you go.
