We celebrated my son’s 11th birthday at this location, and he had an absolute blast! Our host, Kaya, was amazing—so professional, attentive, and helpful from start to finish. She did a fantastic job setting up the birthday room and made sure everything was perfect so my son could have an unforgettable celebration. She was always checking in to see if we needed anything and kept everything clean and organized the entire time. We had such a great experience and would definitely come back. We would love to have Kaya as our host again!

First time at launch and it was fantastic. We came over the Christmas holiday and it wasn’t too crowded, which was great. Haley and Abby were great explaining the packages and how the process worked making The experience very seamless. So many Great activities to choose from and a lot of fun. We are from out of town and needed some activities for our five-year-old and this was perfect , We will definitely be back. Highly recommend it.

Kids had a blast. Phone communications before the party were great. I was a little confused at the beginning. I had never been and when the kids went off to jump, I didn't realize I could go over where they went. I figured it out. Kaya helped us with our party. Birthday girl loved the human claw machine at after pizza.

We had an amazing time at Launch Warwick! It’s fun for all ages. Our group had kids ages 3-14, and they all had an amazing time. There are three floors of bowling, arcade, trampoline, and laser tag fun. The place is super clean. There are new comfy couches for non-jumpers to relax, chat, and watch the kids. The food was delicious and the staff is kind and attentive!

Recently visited for the first time. While my toddler was a bit young for the trampolines and obstacle course area, we had a great time on the lower level playing arcade games and eating pizza. Full bar and friendly bar staff a plus! Reagan, at the front counter, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a good one. She went out of her way to make my child feel welcomed and excited about being at Launch.

I had my son’s 12th birthday party here over the weekend. When we booked our package, I booked the "NEW" champions room— keep this in mind for later! When our host brought us to our party room I actually could go believe my eyes. While I know this is a place for children, and wear and tear is to be expected, this was not normal wear and tear. This was pure filth and negligence. There were 2 light bulbs out, which I had to request be fixed considering the room was EXTREMELY dark. There was food on the floor. Left over tape from what seemed to be from multiple parties prior. Liquid spillage on the walls. Chipped paint everywhere or wallpaper? Not sure what it is. The tables tipped forward when guests sat on them. The room looked as though it had not been cleaned in MONTHS. It was disgusting. Our host was lovely, and apologized over and over after I expressed how upset I was that we were thrown into this complete dump. The room, which was advertised as NEW, was far from it. After all was said and done we spent $800+ on hosting an event here. One would think the space would be clean, and well lit, that is bare minimum. If you are thinking of having a birthday here, I would highly suggest going elsewhere. The amount of money you pay is absolutely insane for what you are given. I did send an email to management and did not hear back. Don’t waste your time, or money!

Today at the Warwick location, my son fell through the side of one of the trampoline/launch structures while jumping and became trapped. He was screaming for help, and I had to get my two-year-old out of the area and physically pull my son out myself with the help of a staff member. During the process, I also became stuck trying to get him free. When I brought this to the attention of the General Manager on duty, my concern was dismissively blamed on "the way my child was jumping," which was extremely concerning given the situation. Afterward, an employee privately apologized and shared that he has been reporting this same safety issue to management for months and that it still has not been fixed. This was a very dangerous situation that could have ended much worse. I’m sharing this so other parents are aware and in hopes that this issue is taken seriously and addressed immediately.
