Little Miss Whiskey's Golden Dollar

Nice spot but probably won’t be back. I like that they have a menu but don’t Positives: Relatively inexpensive drinks with an expansive drink menu. Water dispensers. Negatives: They didn’t have my first choice so I chose another option that was priced at $6.50 on the menu. Didn’t realize until after that I was charged $7.50+. There only seem to be two single person bathrooms downstairs so a line formed pretty quickly and if you’re sitting back there it’s difficult to hear and move with a line of people waiting for a toilet. Things to Think About: It’s not metro accessible. The dance floor is pretty small and well lit, which could be a good or bad thing depending on what you’re looking for.

This place is so fun! Such a unique and cool vibe… kind of a hole in the wall but then you step in and it feels like a whole different world! Still a bar, but with some magic! There’s a cute little outdoor patio in the back too. The awesomeness is SO yummy and there’s something for everyone here.

Mike’s got a real gem here. A huge Saints fan who opens up the upstairs for Louisiana transplants to enjoy the game together. Don’t come looking for the red zone channel… This is Saints territory. The downstairs bar has a great selection of local and craft beers as well as plenty of whiskey choices to warm you up on a cold DC evening. Step in and have a few in a local favorite.

I love this bar. I have had so many good nights here and have met so many strangers who became friends here. Anytime I have family or a friend in town and I want to go to a chill bar this is where I take them. I feel safe and welcome in this bar. Love the selection of beers and that they have a frozen alcoholic beverage available.

Loved this place very open and welcoming. The decor is on point and the drinks are great. Overall it’s a total vibe and I can’t wait to go back. No food tho so plan accordingly people!

Down stairs is rock records of all genre on nice speakers upstairs rap and pop (only weekend) on pa Is usually get Pabst but I’ve seen whiskey enthusiast come in and enjoy a variety of flavors. Also lost my wallet there one night and no one even took it was on the floor next day with all items inside
