I can’t say enough good things about Melvin Garcia and his team! As a first-time buyer, I was a little nervous about making such a big purchase, but they made the entire process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted. Even though I speak English, it was great to know they also speak Spanish, which shows how attentive and accommodating they are to all customers. They offered a wide variety of options and guided me through each choice until I found the perfect sectional couch. A special shout-out to Jackeline, the Finance Store Manager for Acima, for making the financing process so simple and stress-free. I left feeling completely satisfied and so happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Melvin Garcia, his team, and Jackeline to anyone looking for excellent service, helpful guidance, and a smooth buying experience!

We were very satisfied with the added salesmanship service of Derek. With his 15 years of experience, he was able to guide us through the entire experience of our purchase for our recently completed ADU. We bought our bedroom set on a holiday sale which added value to our experience.

Very pleased on all levels. quality, pricing and service. We had issues elsewhere and none with Ashley. Don’t have to join any program or pay extra for delivery. One price includes everything. The follow up for delivery exceptional. The delivery guys super nice and professional. They have a new lifelong customer here.

Writing this review only because Ashley of West Covina has a young sales person who is the epitome of customer service. LILLY FU is a very patient, caring and understanding young woman. My wife and I made a purchase on some bedroom furniture and when it was delivered we realized afterwards that one of the items purchased was not going to fit as we had expected.I called customer service and informed them of my dilemma. I got no cooperation and was rudely told that I should have read my contract. My wife and myself returned to the Ashley store and Lilly took care of the situation herself and therefore I was able to upgrade my bedroom furniture. I've personally worked in retail for 15 years and it's associates like LILLY that keep customers returning. I will continue to visit this store just because of the exceptionional service that LILLY provided. She is an asset to this company and deserves to be highly recognized by her peers.

Lilly Lu the sales person was very helpful and made our shopping experience great. I had gone to the Burbank store earlier that day and had to leave due to the aggressive sales tactics from an Armenian sales person. Lily was the epitome of customer service. Store is out of our way but we'll worth going.

My trip to Ashley was "great." I purchased a "Black Friday, Door Buster," deal on a dining table with 4 chairs. It was my first stop and perfectly fit my needs. My representatve was Teresa. She was "awesome." She is friendly, knowledgeable, coueteous, kind, and took the time (not rushing, or pushy) to help find what I wanted. If you're shopping for furniture or accesories try Ashley in Eastland shopping Center and ask for Teresa. Thank you Teresa and Ashley..the price was right, and the service oh so nice!

The sales reps/manager at this store were great, helped me get a good price on furniture. For the sake of this review, I will omit the names of the rep/manager that assisted me. The Ashley Furniture company itself is awful. They rush you sign contracts without reading them, and the contract says otherwise than what they said in store. Let alone talking to customer service. I bought my furniture ahead of my move in, during a fall sale, because the sales rep assured me that I would be able to reject furniture for a full refund if it wasn't able to fit. I couldn't say no to the prices. Sadly, most of the purchased furniture did not fit; everything seemed fine, the delivery guys said that they'd take it back without a problem, and that someone from Ashley would call me with the process of refunding. I waited days. No call. So I reached out. After speaking to 5 different reps on 3 different platforms on different occasions, I found out that I had to request to cancel my furniture, myself. It's been weeks since I've submitted the initial cancellation, I've now attempted 2 more cancellations, and I have yet to receive a confirmation. Let alone a refund. I have resorted to texting the company, so I have everything in writing. See my messages below. The delivery times are unreliable as well - they cancelled on me twice (once on the day of, which was incredibly frustrating). I came home early from a family trip to be home for this furniture. Just to be cancelled on at 7am for my 11am delivery. I wish I could give Ashley Furniture the benefit of the doubt, but I just can't. This has been an insane struggle to get back hard earned money. This business is dishonest, and quite honestly, it feels fraudulent. I cannot recommend buying furniture from this company any less; and I will never, ever come back.
