The West Covina location has everything you need, they have a good nventory. I like that the sales people come to greet us and asked what we where looking for, Claudia took good care of us without being pushed. I liked that she told us to look around and she was checking back with us from time to time. We went back to get other furniture the day after and Darrell took good care of us, giving us options. The sales personnel at the West Covina location are well trained. Also the customer service person was very helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend the store Jeromes at West Covina

I was greeted at the door and asked what I was looking for. I had done some prior research on the sofa I was looking for. The attendant took me right over to the sofa I came in to see. It wasn’t quite what I was looking for. She then took me to see a couple other sofas. I found one I liked in my price range, but not the right color. She was able to locate it in a darker color, and it was marked down. Sold! She didn’t use high pressured sales tactics which I appreciated! I can’t wait for the folks to try it out.

The sales associate was very helpful and attentive to our requirements. We received a nice discount bonus from the manager and we really appreciate that. The Lift Chair we purchased is just perfect for our needs.

Darrel was fantastic. He was very low pressure and very friendly. He made us a great deal and we are very pleased with our new furniture. I would definitely recommend visiting this location.

Found the sofa I'd been looking for with Frank's help. He listened to what I was looking for, showed some options & I left with some great furniture. Great pricing too! Would recommend this store, great values in "The Outlet" section!

Claudia was especially helpful—she was friendly, patient, and really took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Jasmine was so helpful with our new furniture purchase. We have purchased from other furniture companies before and so far Jeromes seems to be the better furniture company compared to others.
