It’s too bad I can’t give a zero to this location. The customer service is terrible. I will never shop at any Macy’s ever again. A simple Shoe return caused Chaos at the counter. I have never been treated like a thief in my life. I asked if they could look me up with my phone number. They said no. I get receipts via email. Look me up that way. They said no. I said why am I getting emails then. The 55 yr old asks the 60 yr old and they said no sorry we can’t look up your transactions. Then the supervisor who is also middle age saids let me see if we can do a no receipt return. I said DONATE them then. It wasn’t about the money it was about customer service and not be judged. I guarantee if I was dressed professionally like I always do on the weekdays. They would have treated me differently. Why isn’t Macy’s bankrupted already. The store are always empty. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON A FAILED COMPANY.

Brought my daughter here to find dress shoes. There were plenty of choices and the show room was clean. Most of all, the staff was very professional and friendly. They were patient with her and allowed her time to find the right shoes with the right look and fit. Thank you Macy's for keep up old time reliable department store alure.

Wow! I loved this store. Lots of merchandise and laid out very well. From affordable to mid-end. Plenty of sales people. Got my wife shoes for a party, a cologne sampler (very cute miniature bottles of designer name scents). Roomy but efficient use of space. Will definitely come back.

As a long-standing customer of Macy's department stores, I have consistently received exemplary service at the West Covina location, particularly in the Home department. Noemi, of the Furniture department, exhibits exceptional dedication, assisting me beyond expectations. Her commitment in helping and assisting me with an issue with my furniture warranty I purchased was so appreciated. Marty in the Bedding department is indispensable; she actively ensures customers receive optimal deals and provides excellent service. I highly recommend visiting this Macy's location for outstanding customer care.

I went straight to the clearance section for girls' clothing, picked up a few items and had a pleasant surprise at the register when prices were further marked down. I couldn't believe a reduced 2-piece that was at $7.99 further went down to $2.00! Even Temu can't beat this price. Thanks, Macy's!

Would give zero stores if an option. Went in to buy Birkenstocks as a Xmas gift. Needed a size 7women. They only had the display. The display was worn and decided not to buy the display especially since it’s a gift for somebody. The worker at the register helped us order a "new" size 7 and had it shipped to the house. It arrived and it was THE DISPLAY! The same one I did not want to buy. It’s worn, dirty on the top and bottom. The display sticker is also on the bottom of the right shoe. Who does that?! Horrible customer service.
