Target

My experience at this Target was pretty disappointing. The store often feels messy and disorganized, which makes it hard to find what you need and gives the whole place a neglected vibe. Several customers have mentioned the same issue, and unfortunately, I ran into it too — aisles cluttered, items out of place, and overall poor upkeep. Customer service could definitely be better. Some employees seem uninterested or unwilling to help, and simple tasks like returns can turn into a hassle. It’s frustrating when you come in expecting the usual smooth Target experience and instead deal with confusion or unhelpful staff. The store does have a good selection, but the grocery section is small and lacks fresh options, which makes it less convenient compared to other locations. For a place that’s usually reliable, this branch just doesn’t meet the standard.

This was our go to branch as it's 10 mins from us. However, when I asked my boyfriend to return a shirt for me, (with tags on) to be credited to his ID, the employee named, I believe was Ty, did not accept the item with an excuse that it's been over a year. Mind you that it isn't. So I sent him to another branch and it was done in a couple or so minutes. There's a limit (for a reason) to be able to do this, so for her to make up some excuse thinking this is a fraudulent return, I take offense from it. She made this more inconvenient than it had to be. So to you "Ty", be the customer representative you have to be, not to inconvenience others.

I appreciate that this store has almost everything. But the grocery section is a bit smaller, with not so big selection of fresh groceries, such as vegetable and fruit. What I liked at the place is service. The guy working in the section with electronics helped me to choose a SIM with the best network provider and set my phone so all is activated. Thanks a lot for that! Conveniently, there is Starbucks inside of the building, right behind the entrance.

Today I had an unfortunate incident at the store and the customer service team at West Covina Target went above and beyond. Even though the issue wasn’t their fault, they didn’t hesitate to help me. One associate immediately called another associate that could better help me and the situation was resolved. They truly didn’t have to go through the trouble, but they did and I’m so grateful. From now on, West Covina Target will be my go-to Target.

Been coming here for years, very clean and feels safe, always has what I need in stock, not a ton of stuff locked up thankfully, gotten a lot more crowded and a little ghetto since Walmart closed, always a ton of parking. The people trying to sell stuff outside is always annoying though. Would recommend and return.

If I could give this place a negative star I would Spent 15 mins getting my item waited in line for, 30 minutes! First line I was in was the only line open when the older cashier announced she was going on break & we should all use self check out I had 10++ items so I just looked at her? (Mind you the had 10+ lanes all functional but for whatever reason ALL closed? ) Another gentleman said he’d take me I left a gift card in my car. Guy said no big deal just go & I’ll help you when you come back, lies! I came back about 3-5 minutes later they moved my cart with all the items too the front desk too Customer service standing there for atleast 8 minutes well making eye contact with the guy who said he’d "help me out" Oh boy did he NOT Before an older blond women claiming to "be the manager" helped me out I explain to her How long I have been waiting for She said she had stepped away for 2 mins & the cart was brought 20 minutes ago! even the lady behind me called her out on the time & said we’d been waiting for atleast 10 minutes so idk who was lying in the case? You be the judge My advice just use self check out & wait behind 20+++ people

Came to find shoes for my daughter not long after opening and this is what we encountered... How do they expect us to find anything? We gave up searching for a missing pair and will go to another target that keeps their shoes better organized. Thanks for wasting our time
