Sunset Lounge

This is a new old place over 100 years old The Sunset Lounge just reopened after 30 years of it being in disrepair, this cool lounge with Jazz music and a delicious buffet meal catered by Sandy James wonderful meal! But this place was hopping tonight currently only open with reservations once a month 3rd Wednesday of the month. The band was amazing while we ate dinner just the most amazing R&B. Really fun place fully renovated and so much staff!! Valet parking only with a minimal fee and lots to eat! I could stay here all night the music was so great! Each night they are there is a different band playing on the third floor with reservations needed for that as well.

Attended a Soul in the City event at the recently reopened Sunset Cocktail Lounge, what a journey in time! Loved the performance by Valerie Tyson and her band and enjoyed after show cocktails at the downstairs bar. Can’t wait to go back. Great job by the City of West Palm Beach.

At the grand opening. Fantastic event with Boney James. They've done a amazing job on the restoration of this early twenty century club. We've been waiting for years for them to complete the renovation of this classic club that had greats like James Brown in it's heyday. The whole neighborhood has undergone a fantastic revival and I look forward to it becoming a mainstay of music and culture in a section of West Palm Beach that had fallen on hard times.

What a great event that took place on opening night. Beautiful redesign, food and Boney James to top it off! Excellent job with the remodel and artistry.
