Price wise it's not bad for most things. That's if you can find a price. Some of the pricing wasn't readily viewable. The atmosphere of the store was nice reminding a bit of a lodge without the wood everywhere. Now the real issue I had was outdoor. While the store can give off a Ross vibe, my concern wasn't marketing strategy but looking for outdoor stuff. It felt hodgepodge and clustered. More like accessories than actual stuff I'd use as an avid outdoorsman. They did have a few things I liked but in comparison to bulk of this section I'd say 15%. And then as the store pushes the outdoor marketing, I felt like the pet section was bigger and had more to offer. I think with a little more clearer organization and a aisle or three expansion in outdoors, this would be a well rounded store. As it is right now it's more of a toe dippers introduction into outdoor adventures as seen on family TV. But for what it is and reasonably priced I can see the family oriented market being satiated for a while.

So sad we spent so much money at this location, don't even bother coming in with kids, they don't like them here, got some nasty comments and one of the women approached our girl to tell her to stay with her parents ( like WHAT? ) ... you're loosing a good repeating customer. Good luck

Love this store, great prices on quality name brands; can always find cool Baggallini and Kipling bags. Where Sierra fails is in XXL women’s clothing. Huge sections for XS to XL, but pitiful choices for anything over XL. Online wasn’t better, tried finding workout pants, only three XXL choices out of 59 items.

Surprising store that has a TON of outdoor wear and gear at great prices! They have brand names in here at slasher prices and their own brands at very reasonable prices as well. I was pleasantly surprised at some of the clothing quality and prices. They have items for fishing, camping, hiking, and some home decor items as well. Right next door to Whole Foods in Wheaton. A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO HIGH PRICE STORES LIKE REI, EDDIE BAUER, & THE NORTHFACE.

I was there Monday morning, feb 16-26 The cashier was so rude, like she was mad. (It was a lady like I her 50). She throw me receipt to sign, she was passing the clothes like she wanted me to put it in the bag. I would not mind, but I could not stand her acctitude

Awesome store for outdoors, I went in for a sweatshirt and walked out with 4 of them, pants, cooler and some gadgets 😂 . Great prices for brand name stuff

Found some great deals. Store was clean, merchandise was decent quality. Slightly out of season, maybe they hadn't turned over for the fall yet.
