After a pretty crappy day of work I stopped by Coat of Arms for a few drinks and a hopeful day turnaround. Walking in, right away I was greeted by a smiling attentive face named Laina. Usually I get the common, "Do you know what you’re having?", which is fine. But Laina started off asking about my day and when my response wasn’t positive, she cheered me up with a funny joke and kept the vibes rising. Service was an all time high. Definitely will be back and looking forward to it!

Bartender with black hair Saturday 530 pm. Absolutely rude assuming because we are strangers to the bar. Preceded to ignore us twenty minutes at a time all while having a political conversation beside us. Never coming back because of her and her terrible attitude.

We started coming here about 7 years ago when we moved to midtown and we’ve been in love ever since! Great staff/service across the board, everyone is always friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood dive!

1st opinion? Wow so beautiful so tiny and it's only 3pm and an entire group of drunk people having a blast. I wasn't ever asked if I needed help , never offered a place to sit and join the others that appeared to be having fun. I mean the whole entire feeling was "you can't be in my club u ain't one of us so no u can't buy a drink .and why are you here". Vibe.. it's bizarre to me because I been here my whole 35 yrs of life and have no clue where this place came from? But reminder to the owners that THIS IS THE SOUTH greeting people at public bars would mean to at least fake your smile as a bartender and ask the girl who just walked in if she wants a drink.. instead I sat at the table waiting on someone to maybe serve me? & The bartender walked all the way to me AND SAID YOU CANT JUST SIT HERE you have to leave? But....if it's a special kind of people "club" bar - no one ever listed it on front door? ...confused and left irritated

Such a great little neighborhood bar. The atmosphere is always on point! And the AC in this heat wave is awesome ! And the bartenders are awesome and that’s what keeps us coming back!

Amanda is an awesome bartender. I love playing music thru Touchtunes. Pool table, electric dart board, and my leashed, well-behaved dog is allowed. No food.

This place is the best. A neighborhood staple with a great atmosphere, dog-friendly, solid drinks, and the best bartenders. Will always come back!
