Macy's

This store is so unorganized. The staff is terrible don’t know what they doing. They all still in high school. There’s never anyone to help or any one who wants to help. The store is big and has many option but the staff here is terrible. I can’t see this location being open for to long. Unless mangers and management is changed. This store is a very iconic piece to crops county mall. So hopefully they can higher new staff and get better workers.but the store has a lot of selection but just no help in the store. They really have to change. Making the Macys name look bad.

Never shopping here again. I was shopping around for a cologne to get a friend as a gift, when one of the "helpers" decided to "help" me everywhere I went. Instead of asking if I wanted to smell any cologne, she would just follow me, and not say anything, and stare. Who would’ve thought Macys would be racially profiling in 2026. Immediately felt uncomfortable and left without buying anything. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This girl in women’s shoes stepped infront of her coworker (who seemed happy to help me) to scan my item and help me instead… just to exist around me and make me uncomfortable while I looked around. Fix your attitude please you owe it to yourself to make the most out of your employment at Macy’s. There’s ppl who would love to take your place smh thanks for reminding me what good customer service ISNT. Goodluck

I'm missing Macy's that isn't catered to chew tourists. I live in Manhattan and refuse to go to the Macy's on 34th Street. It's tourists attraction.. this one is not. It was pleasant. The woman at the perfume counters couldn't have been nicer. I adored speaking with the woman in the shoe department. She was very helpful. I will be back

All the employees didnt look like employees to much spray in the air very crowded couldn't find much help an anxiety place should go early. Employees are helpful when you can find them, but the people in black are better to look for help. The shoes employees need to have on work clothes and name tags no purse or cellphone slings.

Macy’s I decided to stop by the mall one day to pick up a new cologne and ended up going into Macy’s. They had a huge selection of colognes and all kinds of name-brand clothing. The customer service was excellent — friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience really smooth. Definitely a great place to shop if you're looking for quality products and great service!

great store, few people, choosing the autumn is bigger unlike Macy's on Manhattan, but you can always order on the pickup. Successfully hit the Black Friday and took several goods at discount. Spent no one $ 350 😊 👌
