They made me hang my $2000.00 purse that I bought in Italy up on a cheap coat rack...... I'm 53 years old .... Like I'm going to steal a dildo..... I was so upset I looked around for about one minute then I left. I will never go back and I will never tell anyone to shop there. The lady was snide and rude to me.

I went in there to shop and look,and the customer service was horrible, very rude.Very nasty I didn't stay long just asked one question she bit my head off. Was very uncomfortable in being in there. So I left the outside.Looked horrible weeds everywhere.Don't look like it's been kept up. I'm not sure why they're still open.

Years ago I shopped here but was cat-called outside after, and felt uncomfortable returning for some reason. I had a great experience then (inside the store!) as I did tonight, per usual, and I'm glad to say no creepers were nearby. As others have said - the staff are super welcoming, honest about products, and strive to create a relaxed atmosphere. As a fetishist with a pole at home, I always feel like I'm talking to a friend here. So great.

The service here was very nice, and they were more than happy to offer opinions on products and take them out of the packaging so we could see what we were getting. They seem to reduce the awkwardness of walking into a sex shop and make you a little more comfortable. Overall quite pleased.

I expected to be slightly creeped out coming in here. But, the employees were very friendly and super professional. They worked with me really well to make sure I made the proper purchase I was looking for.

Was not allowed to bring my 7 pound dog, so I never got to see the products. I can’t have a purse dog inside.

Absolutely awesome customer service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and fair prices as well.
