What a great family adventure! Riley was a great, jovial, support staff! Amazing customer service, full of joy for the Escape adventure! The instructions, and especially right after that it's about brains not brain! Lots of puzzles to figure out and great challenges. I especially enjoyed the overhead music that was appropriate for our holiday themed Escape Room. Good challenges for me who is not new to these adventures. I love that there is even an option for a 90 minute escape adventure! I think it was worth the price and great memories were made, despite us not solving in time. Riley, thank you for realizing that I was letting pride win and not wanting to ask for hints. Your gentle asking towards the end helped me that see the light. Definitely worth coming out.

We had a great time here doing the Santa room! Riley was the most awesome game master. I would highly recommend that you request Riley for all your games! Great place to go and the rooms are put together very well!

My family did the Tony's Bistro room for a birthday, Riley was our game master and we had a blast!! The clues he gave us were fun, not direct enough to spoil the puzzles but just helpful enough to put the last pieces together for us, it was perfect

My husband and I recently booked the "Festive Detectives" room at Escape: Chandler for our May anniversary. We LOVE holiday rooms and this room was exceptional. I have done almost 300 rooms in several different states, and this room contained many unique and varied puzzles. A big shout out to our gamemaster Julia, who is one of the best we have ever had! Thx, Julia! The room was colorfully decorated for Christmas, and carols played in the background. This room is wonderful as a "family friendly" experience for all ages. This would also be great for birthdays, date night, and team building. Don’t wait for December to book this room. Enjoy Christmas in July (or even June!) Five star fun!

Absolute blast!! We did the holiday room to help Santa find his glasses. So much fun. Riley (I hope I have his name right!!) is was great! We will definitely be back.

This was my first escape room and it was such an amazing time. Riley explained everything and provided such a great experience. Their clues were the perfect help to get us through and have a great evening!

This is our second time doing an Escape room here. They are very challenging and interactive. The staff is great. And Riley was a GREAT game master. We will for sure go back again.
