USA's Skateland Chandler

My family had so much fun here! Ive had many birthday parties here all of which were enjoyable. The staff is all very nice and the food is pretty good. I will say it is very hot in there which is not ideal. The music is pretty good though and it seems to be a very popular place on half off days. Overall I would recommend Skateland Chandler and will be returning!

Natalie was absolutely fantastic as both our main host and DJ at the skating event. From the start, she was welcoming, enthusiastic, and incredibly organized. Her attention to detail ensured that every part of the event ran smoothly and that everyone felt included and energized. As a DJ, Natalie kept the atmosphere lively, playing the perfect mix of songs that got everyone excited to be on the rink. She read the crowd effortlessly and adjusted the music to keep everyone engaged and having fun. As the main host, her charisma, professionalism, and friendly attitude set a positive tone for the whole event. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—Natalie truly made our night memorable for stranger things.

Tanyon was a pleasure, had great customer service and answered all of my questions with patience as I haven’t been to Skateland in a very long time. Cayson was a lit DJ especially for Christmas Eve, kept the atmosphere going strong. I really enjoyed myself, thanks again and Merry Christmas!

My kids had never been skating before and they had an awesome time! Better than I expected. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Natalie the floor guard. She was so nice to my kids and helping them and checking in on them throughout. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get out of the sun and have a fun stepping back in time! Love the retro vibe it gives off!

We’re at Skateland today with our kids, and I want to specifically recognize Brooklyn, one of the security guards. She was exceptionally kind, patient, and respectful—not just to our family, but to everyone around her. What really stood out was her calm presence and genuine care. She made the environment feel safe, welcoming, and family-friendly, which matters a lot when you’re bringing kids out. Brooklyn interacted with children in a thoughtful, age-appropriate way and handled her role with maturity well beyond her years. Employees like Brooklyn reflect extremely well on Skateland. She’s the kind of person you hope your kids encounter in public spaces—professional, compassionate, and positive. I truly hope her leadership recognizes her work, because she is absolutely an asset to this business.

Our birthday party was so fun for my 6 yr old. The staff was amazing. They all made it a special experience. The DJ was fun and lively. The girl that was stationed to give out skates was so helpful with our little ones and our hostess Hannah was so helpful, kind and patient with my guests. So thank you for a great experience celebrating my son's bday.

Best birthday party experience. I am so impressed! Our assigned hostess helped with everything from setting up the tables and party favor bags in advance, welcoming guests, answering all my questions and helping us with everything we need, including calling the kids off of the skate floor and serving pizza. They also provide the candles, lighter, plates, and a knife to cut the cake. The DJ interaction and floor games are such a fun way to recognize the birthday kid and highlight them. The kids had a great experience and it made me feel like I could be more party with my kids and their friends.
