Club Onyx

Went to the club for the first time with two of my colleagues on my birthday. It was fine and all. Plus seeing a lot of girl roaming around wearing…well I let you guys find out for yourself in person. They do dance but don’t spend too much money. But I saw feel comments that there are some few people like the club or don’t like the club. For men’s, im pretty sure they want something else beside watching female dance. I will let you guys figure it out when I say for men’s, im pretty sure they want "something else". The employee n dancer are nice n friendly(don’t pissed them off or they will kick you out).

First time at onyx and I’ve heard so many great things about it, thought it would be a great club for the first time. The experience was subpar at best. I feel extremely let down. I left feeling like someone pissed on me and spit in my face. The attitudes are atrocious. The bartender was bad and the doorman was even worse, he is the man baddie they talk about!!! I don’t even know if I’d step a foot in there again. The ladies were sweet tho so ig that’s the best part, just don’t talk to anyone else.

Club was extremely dead. Girls were sitting down and I saw a bald unkempt manager go up to them and tell them to move. Which is crazy considering there was nobody else but me and 2 other people. That rubbed me the wrong way so I mentioned it to another girl and she had mentioned to me how they berate and treat them. Even so they have a sign berating them from an older google review in their locker room. Crazy how a club will mistreat their girls when it’s clearly a dying club. Anyways, ordered some henny and that was NOT what I received. By this point I was so over it, I handed the dancer I was with the rest of my money and left. From the cheap nasty food/liquor and them mistreating the girls, I will not be back. Edit: where did I say that I overheard? I SAW it with my own eyes 😂 the fact yall want to say I’m lying about my experience is crazy. Where did I ever mention anything about anyone’s employment? Sounds like someone may have a reading disability.

Sunshine is my favorite waitress, such a beautiful smile and she made sure I had everything I needed and i look forward to having her serve me again!!! she should def get a raise for her top tier service!! coming back soon..

Sunshine was one of the most attentive servers I had. She recommended so many great drinks and my friends and I had a ball!

Be on your Ps & Qs going here. Scammy and taking advantage of clients vibes. I’m assuming the front down girl thought I was too intoxicated to notice her attempt to charge me two times for entry. When I pointed it out to the person who paid for me she said "why did you tell her" or something along the lines of that. I was taken aback because, it’s never that serious… Such odd behavior from a grown woman. I don’t really see any justification. Anyways other than that I had a great time.

Stayed ten minutes and got the heck on. Asked for Hennessy and ended up with some weird concoction. Some old men threw me off completely. Never will go back there especially not to the Charlotte location. I expected to get a drink and enjoy myself for a while. Very disappointed.
