They recently hosted an event for an anti-trafficking nonprofit I’m involved with, and they did an incredible job! Christian and Will packed so much valuable, practical training into a short class — it was empowering, easy to grasp, and such a meaningful experience for learning self-defense. I’ve also trained at their gym personally, and they’re amazing to work with. The training is empowering, the community is supportive, and both Christian and Will are highly experienced trainers. What makes a great teacher isn’t just knowing the skills, but teaching them in a practical, easy-to-retain way — and they do exactly that. Highly recommend this gym for their competency, expertise, professionalism and their compassion and desire to help the community.

Having attended classes at Evolve for half a year now, I have to say that this is an awesome, welcoming and hard working community, led by knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've learned a lot, lost over 30 pounds and gotten to know some good people. From day 1 Christian, William and Christina have been patient and encouraging, imparting their knowledge and expertise in ways that are easy to learn and implement. If you're thinking about joining a martial arts, self defense or workout class, I strongly recommend attending one of their free sessions to see what you think for yourself.

Joining this gym was the best thing I ever did for myself! I have been going for roughly two months and my husband and I have both noticed me being more confident, less anxious, and of course there has been the wonderful physical benefits of losing weight and gaining muscle. You will be challenged, accepted, and you will have so much fun! I cannot recommend them enough!

Took the combat and sparring class with Christian today, and it was an awesome experience. The class was structured in a way that made sparring feel approachable—breaking down both offensive and defensive elements before putting everything together. By the end of the hour, I felt comfortable sparring with other members, which was both challenging and a ton of fun. What really stood out was the community—everyone was incredibly welcoming, and the overall environment made it easy to learn and push myself. It was a fantastic workout, and I can definitely see how this could become addicting in the best way possible. Highly recommend for anyone looking to sharpen their skills, get a great workout, or just try something new. I’ll definitely be back.

I went as a guest for two sessions while i was in town and I wad blown away by how accepting and open the instructors and other students were. I left covered in sweat each time and it was a great workout with a great group of people!

In March my school brought a huge group of nearly 40 high school students to the Krav gym as a part of a week long "zombie apocalypse survival course". Christian and Will taught a TWO HOUR LONG CLASS with our horde of high schoolers. Their teaching, scaffolding, safety management and relevance of situational awareness and self defense is incredible. I have been blown away by the quality of their program and classes since my daughter started Krav a year ago. However, seeing them facilitate a meaningful experience for so many high school students all at the same time blew me away. Outstanding gym! Amazing teachers! Highly relevant lessons and skills! We will be taking our high school students back next time we teach our class for sure!!!
