JINYA Ramen Bar - Fort Collins

We had such a great experience at JINYA Ramen Bar, and a huge part of that was our bartender, Josh. He was absolutely incredible — so knowledgeable about the menu and genuinely took the time to walk us through everything we ordered. Every suggestion he made was spot-on. We tried the spicy chicken ramen, crispy chicken tacos, and spicy tuna tacos, and every single dish was delicious. Josh also made us lychee martinis that were amazing — perfectly balanced and refreshing. Beyond the food and drinks, Josh was so personable and welcoming, and he truly elevated the entire experience. Service like that makes all the difference, and we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience from start to finish from the moment we sat down to getting up to leave we had a wonderful time at jinya even though a slight mix up of food quantity our server Seher made sure to correct it instantaneously and made sure to confirm with us everything was perfect. the night was wonderful especially due to the amazing service of our server she made sure we had the best experience eating here. The food as well was quite delicious and that’s an understatement. I will make sure to come again, we had an amazing night

My bartender Jackson was so kind and charming. He explained the menu and even let me know about a secret menu! I obviously just had to try that! He took a lot of time and care to explain the menu, asked me about my allergies, and helped me customize my ramen to absolute perfection! The food was delightful and I left having a much better day than when I walked in. This is the only ramen I have found in Fort Collins that reminded me of San Francisco’s food. And Jackson’s kindness really helped turn my day around and I will 100% come back and bring my friends. 10/10 bartender and epic service! The new bartender on shift Josh, was also super awesome and kind as they changed shifts.

Amazing place! Jackson was so knowledgeable on the menu and had some great recommendations and customizations. He was on point with customer care and made the experience awesome. The food was so good! From the small plates and apps to the ramen. The mocktails were beautiful and delicious also. I highly recommend the matcha lychee lemonade, the potstickers, and the ramen tonkatsu black. The spicy vegan ramen is also tasteful with the seasoned egg added and chicken substituted instead of the tofu.

Joshua, at the Fort Collins location on College, was a fantastic server and bar tender! He was considerate, knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. He explained the menu and made the perfect recommendations. The manager of the restaurant was incredibly sweet and so very attentive! It was my son’s birthday and she made sure he got a birthday dessert (Matcha Tiramisu, which was delicious) at the end! It was a great experience with fantastic food and drinks and wonderful staff in a very cool environment! We will definitely come back! Thank you guys for everything! 💜

We LOVED our whole experience. Lex & Christy were phenomenal and so so kind, along with the rest of the staff of course. Food & drinks were an absolute 10/10! We got the Lycheetini, Smokey Wokashi Old Fashioned, Brussels Sprouts Tempura, Tonkostu Red and Black and the Matcha Tiramisu 🤤. I can’t wait to come back 🙂

Loved the food! Careful with your spice levels though 😅 Had a great meal, nice bar and atmosphere as well. Would recommend for sure, although it’s a little spendy. Good work lunch meeting place. Our server Seher was wonderful!
