Rollerland Skate Center

Unorganized, unprofessional, and discriminatory. I am beyond disappointed with our experience at this rink for a friend’s daughter’s birthday party. The establishment was overbooked, meaning the party room wasn't ready on time. We were told to leave our gifts and personal belongings out in a common area until the room was available. The real issue began when the room was finally ready. When the father of the birthday girl (a Black man) began moving his own family's gifts into the room, staff accused him of stealing. They harassed the family and even threatened to call the police over a situation created by their own lack of organization. Being forced to "prove" ownership of your own daughter’s birthday presents is humiliating and clearly pointed toward racial profiling. In this day and age, threatening to involve law enforcement under these circumstances is dangerous and deplorable. We will not be returning to an establishment that treats its patrons with such blatant disrespect and bias.

This place is awesome. It has been updated since I skated here as a kid. The staff is friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and the kids had so much fun. They offer cheaper skate nights on Wednesdays. And also special events. Check their website!

Came from out of town and visited with family. The rink is super big and it doesn't feel cramped or like you're in danger of running into other skaters. The atmosphere is fantastic- classic arcade carpet, well-maintained arcade games, colorful lights in the rink, and good-looking skates. Nowhere in the building looked dirty or unkempt, and it felt very safe. I recommend that you size down when renting, as the skates are more comfortable and give you more control when they're tighter. Keep in mind they don't have half sizes. The employees were absolutely incredible- there was always at least one, usually two, in the rink helping people when they fell so they wouldn't get run over. They were also well-uniformed and confident while skating, and very nice- when they were closing and we were headed out, an employee took a picture for us and even suggested good spots under the LED signs. A couple of employees complemented me on my shirt as well. The DJs had great energy, too. I would absolutely recommend going to Rollerland; they're very friendly to kids and adults and just about anyone can have a good time there. I wish we had been able to spend longer! Perfect for a little beginners. Overall a fun place, but they could sure use an improvement on their music selection. And it appears they could use some kind of a "fun" update, because it wasn't bad engaging which is totally fine as long as the music's decent which it wasn't; it just seems that they could be doing so much more with this place! Endless price hikes affecting my view of the business. 2020-2022 I brought my family 2+ times a week. Love the atmosphere and the helpful staff. Unfortunately over the last five years prices have risen while the facility isn't seeming to improve. I wasn't going to bother leaving a review until I saw that they are now charging for ice water. Unfortunately my family has been priced out of the luxury. Going from 2+ times a week to maybe once every other month. The floor seems further damaged every time we come in. If you are going to make it more expensive, at least make it better. We could care less about the arcade and the $0.05 worth of prizes $30 of play gets you.

This is the best place in Ft. Collins to enjoy time with family and friends. Northern Colorado's only indoor roller skating ring has the newest video games in their arcade. My daughter held my grandsons birthday party here. This young man name Noah was an amazing host. He held down the fort. DJ, Concession, skate fitting, and host. This youngster did it all with a smile on his face and a great attitude. We will take the drive to visit again. I would definitely hire this young man if he ever wanted to change careers.
