Truth Lounge and Nightclub

Waited until well after hours for food service however when received was worth the wait. Barely got served drinks bartenders seemed to favor a certain area. But Drinks were also worth the wait. Advised staff womens Bathroom supplies werent available the response was "we know" and they were not stocked at all. Quite disappointed bare minimum sanitation standards not up to par. But with the music and ppl ended up having a good time.

The food and their services are terrible 🤮 I ordered food it was disgusting taste really bad looks horrible they gio was also terrible waste of money!!! The photos are they patti trust me as a Haitian myself that cooks that is not how it’s supposed to look at all !!!

The worst thing I have ever experienced. I have only been here once, and I will never go back. I attended the Haitian Flag Day event, where they fooled the public by altering the ticket price three times. The price dropped from 45 dollars to 60 in person but they had people paying 100 dollars when paid in person. Their two security guards could not even perform their jobs and spoke very little English, making their check-in procedure disorganized. Everyone tried to push security and shove them over in an attempt to enter the lounge because they had been waiting for so long. I bought 3 tickets and my guests were not able to get in due to this. Eventually the police showed up and I respectfully left but the ruckus was still going on. Long story short Truth remember I need a refund!!! and your Lounge has a capacity of 350 people STOP over selling tickets and scamming people. You guys got fined last year for causing disturbance to the community and you will be getting fined again.

There was a free ticket available for party at truth night club located at 2674 E Oakland Park Blvd. We arrived at the place at 11:30 and there was already a line to enter. By the time we got to the front we showed our free ticket that we got from Eventbrite. The people at the front started shouting to paid $30 to enter or leave the line, that I waited for an hour and half . When I finally get inside , I showed  the people at the entrance my Eventbrite ticket. They said , the ticket is not valid .It's not the first time this incident happens. Many people have been complaining regarding this situation. I believe this club name truth nightclub is using Eventbrite to post free ticket , and making customers believe they are getting free tickets. As soon you arrives at the club, they press you to pay $30 or more , even you have your free ticket at Eventbrite . They are running a scam , because ,they don't have a fix price some people paid $30, some paid $40 or $ 50 , based how you look .

Bathrooms overflowing with caca. Management has gone to shits, save your money, save your time. They NEED to do better. Men are ready to push women who are using mens bathroom due to overflow in womens bathroom that wasnt cleaned up no matter how many personnels were notified. Everyone claims to be the owner but nobody is helpful.

My last time going to this lounge was February 8, 2025, I had a good time. The vibes were very nice with the Valentines ambiance… The DJs there always has us moving and grooving on the dance floor. On this particular occasion we had an issue with one of the three bottles we ordered but the staff cleared it up right away. Will definitely go back if presented with the opportunity when we’re in town again.

If only I could give this place 0 star!!! They have some bootleg bartenders that don’t know how to make drinks! They just throw some stuffs in a cup and charge you. Everyone had a bad attitude. I got food and they gave me the wrong orders after waiting for the food for more than one hour. The chicken had a bad smell to it and it was repulsive. I couldn’t even eat it and just threw it in the garbage. Place was empty and nowhere to sit down btw because they trying to hustle you to get a bottle. Again, there were no good customer service. I bought a ticket for Kai and they say time was 10-4 got there at 11:50 and the place was not even open yet. The band came out to play at 2:30.
