Main Event Fort Worth South

Came here to celebrate my bf and I's 4 year anniversary. Great food and drinks, fun place. A bit pricey. Will come back again if we have the money

I recently visited Main Event Entertainment in south Fort Worth, and it had been years since my last visit. Overall, it was a good experience and a nice outing. One thing that stood out to me was the bowling setup. It felt a little vintage to me with the pins on ropes, which was different from what I remember from traditional bowling lanes. It worked fine, but it was not my favorite style of setup. I had the bumpers up for my four year old, and they took a little time going up and down between turns. That slowed our game down a bit and ate into some of our bowling time. Even with that, I still enjoyed the outing. It was a fun environment for the family, and the food was good as well. Overall it was a solid experience and a nice way to spend some time out.

Was going to main even for an experience, so we got the all day fun that is 90 something dollars after tax for three people. We had only played for less than an hour which was not that great because the service with the waiter was horrible. She was in a attitude where it seem like she didn’t want to be there. You go to a place like a main event to enjoy time so the most she could of done is put a smile. We had order a fountain drink that we finished within five minutes. The one time that the waiter finally checked on us was 40 min later but at that point we were fed up with waiting for her to come back cause we saw her speaking to other coworkers instead waitressing . So we had chosen to leave the establishment. When we had spoken to the manager about getting a refund because the experience was horrible and only there for less than hour. He told me that we were there for 58minutes so nothing they could do. Not only that but the weather was super bad. No vouchers or refund.So it was a waste of $90 with only being there for less than an hour. Would not recommend

My family had a birthday party for my niece and ended up waited two hours for our food. Some of us got our money back because our party was over and we still didn’t have our food. Our drinks weren’t good at all assuming maybe they had someone new making the drinks. If I ever go back it’ll only be to bowl

If I could give this location a 0, I would! I just spent over $350 dollars in October for my son's party and another $100 bucks this weekend, just to get kicked out bc a child ran onto the bowling lane. We were invited out by friends last weekend for a bday get together when this incident happened. We received no notice but instead had our game of bowling cut short and got PUT OUT by security before we could use our all you can play cards. I called to speak w a manager , and got connected back to Jackson Sanders, which is the same guy who put us out. Before I could even explain the incident he said "he would not be refunding us due to the party being kicked out for a safety incident" first off all I didnt even get the chance to speak on the incident with him so how did he know which party I was with. Secondly, when I asked why there was no warning or reimbursement ( ie: game card totaling the amount owed) he said Main Event doesn't do refunds. He is a horrible face of the company & I will not be spending any more of my money with Main Event

My visit today with my wife was a very fun and enjoyable afternoon we caught happy hour and our bartender Allen helped us pick our drinks and was very fast and efficient about making them I would recommend everyone come for the fun welcoming atmosphere

We stopped in on a Friday after while in DFW area for my husband’s school. Allen was our waiter. Very helpful, informative and patient. The restrooms were super clean. The food was all delicious.
