PINSTACK

Great place for a company sponsored party. We were here recently for the Five Star Ford Carrollton annual holiday party. The food was really very flavorful, and their brisket rivals the best of the BBQ places around town. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the facilities are large enough to handle a big crowd. A great environment for families. The kids can go off and play the games while the adults bowl. It was a fun and enjoyable afternoon. Thank you!

I gave this place another try after the food incident. The GM actually contacted me, when I replied to the email he never followed up. Meaning we never spoke. Lol! We visit last night and it was busy. The women’s bathroom, well just look at the pictures. Too much staff for the place to be nasty. Drinks and empty glasses are everywhere. Paper on the ground everywhere. How is this safe for kids? Games are rigged to take your points in my opinion. I didn’t bother to get food due to the last incident. The waitlist for bowling well, lol! So, we didn’t get to bowl. It was really disappointing. James was cool he helped how he could. Actually he made the experience better because I found out about things I did not know. Didn’t know I could register my card in the app. Found perks that I didn’t know about. So, thank you to James and Tristan for trying. Effort really does go a long way. However, I think I’m done with this location, I’m very disappointed, and I’m done. Too much money being spent to not receive the experience that you deserve.

What a fun place! Cool bowling alley, adult video games, bars, kid games,…too much to list!! Very helpful staff and plenty of free parking. Their chicken & beef fajitas were on point! Bring your family or your buddies…you will all have fun!

Outing with my Wonderful Amazing Awesome husband, and we had a blast! And in the process he hit 3 strikes in a row and won a Turkey for home and one to donate. 🥰It's such a BLESSING TO BE BLESSING 🙏 Thank you Staff for making our outing such a memorable one!!

Took my grandson to Pin Stack today not sure exactly what to expect. It was an over the top good experience. The GM was working the front desk and was happy to orient us to all there was to see and do. He helped understand how to get the best value there. We went back to the lanes and were "bowled over" by Jazzmyne at the lane desk. She went way outside the box to make sure we had a wonderful first visit. Thanks, Jazz! Ariana, our server was quick to respond and the food was great. I mean really great. The GM and assistant managers checked on us often while we spent about 90 minutes bowling. There are so many things to do with teens there. We will be back. Thanks to the whole team!

Alright place to hangout, my visit wasn't as pleasant. The air hockey machine near the bumper cars was dirty, the hockey pushers were not cooperative when trying to maneuver the puck around. No attendant was at the bumper cars station to let us in, took us about 30 mins to access the laser tag room. Only good perk was the rock climbing wall, there was an actual attendant there the whole time. Kudos to her!

First impression, I liked the guest service right when you walked in…but the food and service was mediocre…and that’s being gracious. The wait was long which made no sense because my party was only one of three at the time. And we were a party of three. The fajita tacos were good and were enjoyed by the person that ordered it. I ordered the grilled sirloin medium; it was bleeding when I got it, mashed potatoes were cold but flavorful, steamed veggies were perfect! We got wings that were overcooked in my opinion but the sauce was tasty. I could go on… maybe it was an off day. Prices are reasonable. I think the menu should be revamped. We had a great time in the arcade! It’s smaller than I thought…still had a great time! We didn’t do the rock wall because we didn’t want to wait in line.. small children are impatient! We’ll definitely come back but we’ll eat somewhere else first. The menu is good but the kids and I were disappointed in the food…and the wait..
