The Wax Strip LLC

I walked in an hour before they close and got turned away, saying they aren’t taking any more people because of the long wait time. I hate to leave negative reviews, but if I drive almost 30 minutes to get there, where walk-ins are welcome and no appointment needed, then I should be able to trust that I can have a service done (a 5 minute eyebrow wax) during their hours of operation. I can understand if it was right before closing time but this was not the case. I think it’s fair to expect that if I show up during their posted hours that I can get service. I am not one to complain about the waiting, as that is expected in a place where walk-ins are welcome; however if you say you are open then there is no reason I should be turned away. I refuse to go to a place where I can’t trust that I can even be seen until I get there. I can just as easily go to my nail salon to get what I needed, and from now on that is exactly what I will do. At least then I know I won’t be going somewhere for nothing.

I wanted to leave a review bc The Wax Strip has consistently exceeded my expectations. I’ve been going a couple years now. Everyone is always cheerful and very nice. Happy to serve me as a customer. Wanted to give a shout out to Lindsey H specifically! Thank you for always being happy to take care of my needs!! Even on the day before thanksgiving when people probably would like to be off work, they’re still glad to be there and meet customer’s needs!

I really like going to this place of business, Aubrey has been doing my eyebrows since 2018. She is a wonderful and excellent esthetician. All the ladies are so kind and courteous and welcome you as soon as you come through the door. Thank you, Aubrey, for always making me feel loved and pretty 😍

My sister and I drive to Murfreesboro from Alabama just to get our eyebrows waxed at the Wax Strip. We've been making this trip for 8 years. We have never been disappointed with their service.

I’m a regular here and everyone is amazing. I’ve been seeing Amanda and she is wonderful! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door. The wait is never too bad as long as you time it correctly. With a little patience and understanding you can always count on a professional experience with exceptional care and customer service.
