I had nothing but positive experiences. There establishment is exceptional. Highly recommended.

First phone call went super well, super nice to me over the phone answering all the questions I had, but then when I was thinking about going I called again and it was a different lady and she was extremely rude and disrespectful, whoever you are. Good job you ruined it. Whatever you do avoid this place. -edited because they replied saying we do not offer sexual activity or nudity which had nothing to do with my questions, more proof they have terrible customer service by lying

Good dungeon space in a city where that's surprisingly difficult. I appreciate them being there for the community. Huge library of implements included with the room make it perfect for people travelling. Not a concern for me, but I appreciate them putting extra effort (only one couple in the hallway at a time, etc) into discretion for those that need it. Note though that: 1) the bathroom is shared between all rooms so if you can plan to change in your room, that's better, I wouldn't plan to shower. 2) the actual entrance location is proximate but isn't this location, check your confirmation email carefully. It is close enough to the Museum of Sex (which has a great store for last minute needs) that you can do that first.

Great place, everyone was kind and helpful. Amazing experience overall, I know I enjoyed it. Make sure to call if you have questions, someone will help you through it.

Clean professional space. Good rates for the amenities and a prime location. Front desk staff is direct and courteous. Many different tools to use during sessions. Bring your own personal tools (penetrables and hitachi) they provide the rest.

The place is in the basement and the charge $235 hr session and the best room was a cd room. The place is cold. They blocked me from calling even though I'm a customer

One of the worst dungeons in the world I was one of the dominatrix the way the management treated me was terrible. The lady was racist towards me, calling me out my name, threatening to hit me. I’m going to do everything in my power to let these people know that they cannot ever treat people the way they treated me so bad specially the owner of this establishment.
