Rick's Cabaret Odessa

Just moved to Odessa . And I will say I love this club!!! The dancers are super friendly and bartenders be fast with the drinks. Mangers are very professional. Brandy is one of the managers there she’s so sweet. She’s the one to make sure the girls are always taken care of. Great at communicating with costumers. Nick , also a manger he’s on top of making sure the girls are always safe on stage and out. Jorge is a new manager there, he’s super positive and welcoming. Very driven in making Rick’s the top club around. His positive attitude is addicting makes anyone around him want to make sure they’re on their top game. It’s hard to come across motivated people who want the best for their dancers. Definitely love to see a club like this.

What an absolutely incredible experience Rick’s cabaret Odessa... WOW. First of all, the service was absolutely incredible, every staff member was friendly and entertaining with a positive attitude. Our server Jennifer was phenomenal!! She was very engaged with us and kept our drinks refilled! At all times! She made our experience a 10/10 & we can’t wait to see her again at our next visit. She gave us good recommendations & options & we went there in a group & she went above and beyond to make our night a real good one! The music played was good with us & we were entertained & cared for throughout our experience will be returning

It’s such a great place. Brady, the manager takes care of her people Elliot at the door is very friendly. Alexia at the door is great with exchanging my hundreds for dollars.. I would recommend this place 100% they have the hottest girls that speak English.

Skye helped us at the door, and her shining personality really kicked off our evening. I was having a bad day, but her amazing smile turned it all the way around. Great time, will come again.

I had an incredible time here! The manager, Jorge, is fantastic! Be sure to ask for him. I used to frequent Vegas clubs frequently, but this place will become my new go-to spot! I can’t wait to return. My friends and I had a fantastic time!

I had a awesome night when I went. Not only because the place is great but because the service was a 10 out of 10 because of our waitress Jennifer. Jennifer provided awesome customer service and love her attitude and love her personality. Will be going back and will personally request her as my waitress.
