Ready Gunner

Justin and his entire team were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, took the time to show us around, and made us feel like part of their family. Traveling all the way from Virginia, we specifically wanted to visit their storefront and impressive range and it was absolutely worth the trip. We truly appreciated the experience and look forward to coming back.

Called to see if they had a specific gun I’ve been looking for with a specific brace. The person on the phone said they had the gun but not with that specific brace. I went over there and after standing at the counter for about 15 minutes finally got some help. The gentleman behind the counter said they didn’t have that gun, and made it sound like they haven’t had one for a week or so. I asked to see some similar options since I was already there and was ready to spend some money. He gave me a gun and I had to catch his attention before he walked away so I could ask if they had any cheaper options. He told me that he wouldn’t sell me any of his cheaper options because they "aren’t as reliable" and walked away. I’m not sure why a gun store would have options in stock that they aren’t willing to sell, and why he wouldn’t even consider showing me some other options. After standing there for another 15 minutes I finally decided to leave the gun on the counter as no one came to help me again. They appeared to be too busy to help me, but each employee had time to stop and talk to someone who had previously worked there for 5 minutes. Second poor experience here in two weeks trying to find a gun. Don’t trust what they tell you on the phone and don’t expect to get any help unless you already know everyone there.

Took my adult children to Ready Gunner's indoor range. The firing range has a great setup with an enclosed observation area behind the firing line. Ready Gunner provides ear and eye protection or you can bring your own. They offer the option to rent firearms or use your own. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and very well organized. My family had a great time shooting and we will be visiting Ready Gunner's range again.

This is my favorite gun store on ambiance alone. I came in last week and Beemer gently, lovingly guided me through a suppressor purchase. Clearly not his first time, but made mine feel special. From a distance, I thought he was Tom Selleck. All the staff is friendly, and accommodated my disabilities, thank you!

I used to really enjoy coming here for all my firearm needs. There used to be super helpful staff. However, the last couple times I've come in, I walked away quite disappointed. The staff were all just sitting on their phones scrolling or sitting behind computers and I wasn't even acknowledged. I want to keep recommending Ready Gunner to people because I have had good experiences in the past. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

I was looking for a particular firearm And the website said they had 16 in stock. So I hopped in my vehicle and drove two hours down in two hours back just to be told that their website was messed up and they actually didn’t have any in stock. The gentleman that was behind the counter felt extremely sorry for all of my wasted time, money and effort. He promise me, he would have the manager or the owner, Get a hold of me to see if they could order that particular firearm.

An amazing gun range experience. It was so refreshing to go into a gun range, be treated professionally even though we may not be avid shooters or have all of the knowledge. Positively the best experience I’ve had at a range and I’ve visited out of state ranges, etc and traveled this state. The targets they have are really cool. I like the instructions and how clear they are so there’s no misunderstanding. Thanks for being so reasonably priced too!
