Under Armour Factory House - The Outlet Shoppes at Oshkosh

I've been to a couple different outlet stores and this is one of my favorites. For one, it's one of the few left in this strip. It also has a great selection for being an outlet store. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I was taking full advantage of the deals going on, which actually ended up getting me more items for less price overall! I would recommend checking this out if you're in the area.

No 3x anything. No tall sizes. No hunting or camo items. They never have anything for the tall guys.

Even though it was Black Friday and the store was beyond busy, the staff looked for sizes for me. They asked me if I needed them find a size and not that I had to ask them! They also told me about ordering the items I really wanted but they did not have in stock with their in store ordering thing. It had some issues getting working but in the end I got the same discount as in store. Everyone I interacted with were willing to help and did not seem stressed out while working in a mad house. Wonderful job!

Very impressed with how clean everything was. On a Thursday night we went in and noticed that it said 40% off for Frontline workers and I am currently one of them workers. So it was on top of the already 20% off that they were giving for the items. So I will definitely be giving you my business to them by far over Nike or other brands. Very good quality with the clothing that we purchased. The fitting rooms were very spacious and clean. Will definitely be shopping again

Always love the service here. Especially when they help me order sizes I need! I'll have a happy child come monday.

I've been to the new, larger store a few times and will NOT be returning. There was more selection in the older, smaller store, a lot of empty space throughout in this new location. The staff is not friendly nor helpful and pretty rude. After trying to get someone to ask if you had a larger size of a pair of shorts (waited over 10 minutes) the girl says "all we have is what you see, so don't ask if we anything else." Yes, you're an outlet store and selection is limited, etc, but one would think that the larger store would house more product. My bad. Went to the Nike Store, bought a pair of shoes, socks and 2 pairs of gym shorts (good variety of product and sizes). The FULL staff was welcoming, friendly and more than helpful, so I don't buy that they're "just kids working a part time job" bit. The "kids" at Nike Store are properly trained. Selection is constantly rotating. Sale prices make it better than department stores by far. When I needed a different size, the associate walkied to the back, found out the size wasn't available. They ordered it online with the sale price and got it to my house 3 days later with free shipping.
