We hosted my twin girls birthday party here and it went incredibly great! From the first manager we met in person one week before the party when we "dropped in" to the day of - Mark the on site manager and Ella our event attendant, bartender and staff were helpful, friendly and professional. This was probably the easiest party we’ve ever hosted. Both our adult and child guests had a blast, food was good and consistently brought out. No one went hungry or thirsty. They provide decorations that are also quite original and fun. Mark was super accommodating and attentive. Ella was patient and cool headed in the midst of chaos with multiple parties happening at the same time. They know how to make your gathering feel special. The packages are clear and worth their value. This place offers way beyond what their competitors offer across Pasadena, Glendale, Eagle Rock and Burbank - we checked. They truly care about making your event special. I would def go back to host another personal or work event.

Came in on a Friday night around 7pm it was pretty crowded but they still had lanes available. The staff was outstanding thanks so much to our server Ella and the manager Tomas was a huge help to our entire party.

It's good, but do not go right at 2pm-3pm on a Saturday. It got super busy, and we couldn't get our large group in lanes next to each other. Staff was not the best at accommodating.

They have false advertisement. A group of us went bowling here and noticed a sign saying get 3 games and the third is half price. We had finished our second game and decided that since the 3rd was half off we might as well play another. When we went to pay they said sorry, thats only for purchasing upfront. I explained how that was never told to us and how the sign does not say you must pay upfront. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager Mark looked at me and said, "sorry we cant give it to you". I showed him the sign and how it didnt say anything about buying upfront and he looked at it and said, "yea, sorry, the advertising here is kind of misleading. You should call corporate and complain and maybe you'll help other people from doing the same thing you did". Then proceeded to say he cant discount. What a scam. I should've walked out and not paid them a penny but I decided to pay and no longer return. Your manager Mark could have handled this situation a lot different and possibly saved a negative review and future business. You guys really need to do something about false advertising. I will attach a picture to this review of the false and misleading advertisement.

The manager is great, the employees are great. The customer service is amazing. Came here for my bachelor party and we had an amazing time. Bowling, booze, pool, and the friendliest staff I ever met at a bowling alley. What else can I say?

Awesome night! Attended a company holiday party with a friend in their VIP section. Everyone had a lot of fun despite not being able to bowl competitively because the floors were WAY TOO SLICK. I would never suggest this, but I changed back into my sneakers just to keep from busting my butt! Meant to tell management before leaving but I forgot. Be careful out there & have fun, safely!

We had our company party her for the last 4yrs. This year they "Up'd" their game. The food was REALLY good this year!! We always get the VIP room that has private 12 bowling lanes, bar, and bathroom. We had a great time. Highly recommend but it is pricy.
