I am new to this stuff and was shaking out of my boots walking in but Roxie made sure to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I had a lot of questions that I felt almost embarrassed to ask, but speaking with Roxy made me feel like I was speaking with somebody I’ve known for age ages. Roxie you are magnificent and when I can get my Klarna app to agree with me I will be back and hope to work with you again.

The staff and management are amazing and the deals are seriously surprising. If you’re in the industry or into private and personal they have what you need. Fun atmosphere and clean environment, my favorite place for adult goodies.

I was a little off put by the service I received. There was a very nice Hispanic woman who was super friendly. I enjoyed working with her. Then there was the white lady with a wild look that started helping me... if that's what you wanna call it. I asked for some advice I explained that some of the ideas she suggested were not going to be okay with both partners. Instead of respecting this boundary, she rolled her eyes and told me that we were not going to have a good time.... After I explained the boundary politely, twice... it was apparent that she was more annoyed that I dont have a gay perspective. No one should ever try and force some one into something they are not comfortable with. I found it rude and it made my entire experience uncomfortable. I left and chose not to buy anything.

10/10 great customer service and the employees made me feel welcomed, they were kind and made my experience fun. They were very respectful and educating on the products. They took their time with helping me and answered every question that I had! Would definitely come back again!

Absolutely love this store. Customer service is always amazing, and they know a lot about the products. Mick is extremely knowledgeable about the toys and made sure I found the perfect one for me and Vannetta is really helpful and kind. Highly recommend coming here, they even give you a discount if you sign up for an account.

Love that they stay open late!! 🤫 I recently went to a workshop they hosted it was a new experience fun and informative for sure. All of the employees there are so helpful and friendly. A++ 👍🏼
