Sportsman's Warehouse

I am relatively new to firearms and gun culture, which historically made me hesitant to approach the counter, ask questions, and explore my options. Over the past several months, however, I’ve had numerous conversations with Thomas and Damon, and I genuinely cannot say enough positive things about them. Both are extremely knowledgeable and patient, and—most importantly—exceptionally welcoming. In an economic environment where many retailers offer the same products at similar prices, what truly sets a business apart is the people behind the counter. People do business with those they know and trust, and Thomas and Damon have unquestionably earned my trust—and therefore my business. The staff that I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and quick. The store seems well stocked, it was very clean, and they have a solid variety of products, sizes, and options. As far as sporting goods goes, looks like you'd do well to stop here if that is what you need.

Purchased gun safe online, picked up at store and it was a used floor model, no other options. Nothing online said anything about item. My time wasted with no option, false advertisement, beware of used items and no fulfillment.

I purchased a firearm the day before Thanksgiving (2025). It was from a very reputable manufacturer. I later found out that there were numerous lawsuits across the nation, related to suspected unintended discharges by this firearm. I then contacted Sportsman's Warehouse (8 days after purchase) to see if they would buy it back. They would not, and said it was corporate policy not to buy back that particular firearm model. They were aware of the 'controversy' surrounding it, and I believe this is why they will not buy them (they often buy and sell used firearms that are various different models). It is despicable that they will sell this firearm to unsuspecting customers but are then unwilling to buy them back. In my case the firearm was unfired, brand new in the box.

I know I know it is a big chain store so it has to be bad. Well not at all. They have everything you could ever wish for when it comes to the outdoors! Fishing poles, lures, bait, barbecue grills, gas grills, smoker grills, Dutch ovens, sleeping bags, shirts, socks, shoes, boots, boats, rafts, kayaks, tents, tripods, and much much more. The only outdoorsy thing they don't seem to sell here are the actual outdoors!

The employees here made me feel like family. It’s more than what we hear, or see in life. It’s the vibe. How we feel at a place. Thanks guys!

Great Place for everything outdoors and more! We got fishing rods and bait here for our kids to go fishing, the rods were great and the kids had a great time fishing. Every employee here was fantastic to work with!
