Spencer's

Kim is so rude every time I come in to shop and shes there shes always complaining about her job and talking shit about customers out loud so the whole store can hear. If she doesn't like her job, maybe she should quit cause no one likes an employee like that.

Absolutely happy with the customer service I received on Sunday 3/7/23 between 1-2 PM from the only young lady running the register counter by the body jewelry. More companies need to hire enthusiastic employees such as herself. She was extremely helpful, understood what I needed and pointed me to it. Thank you.

This place was amazing. The atmosphere they have has a very old fashioned feel to it from its brick entrance to the concrete floors and metal shelving. The people there were very nice and the prices aren't too bad for what your getting. You can buy gag gifts and shirts from bands and just joke ones.

I ordered a beanie one night and the next day, a received an email stating my order was canceled because I canceled it or because I didn't pick it up in a timely manner (neither was true). I can understand if the item was no longer available but there was nothing stating that. Tried calling the store but all the numbers are the same and no one answered. Was able to get someone online, that took FOREVER but even they couldn't find a reason why my order was canceled. Next day I went into the store just to shop, no greeting, the employees acted as if I wasn't there. The store was empty so wasnt like they were too busy, it was like they were finding things to do, trying on hates opening and closing wallets...😒 Spencer's let me down, I rather go over to Hot Topic, or Boxlunch than to get service like this ☹️

Always a fun place to look around find some neat novelty items. You can find all types games, adult toys, smoking memorabilia, to nerdy t-shirts. They always a crazy selection. I often but cool shot glasses and blankets from there.

Love this place! Every time I go, I find something I didn't know I needed! Great gag gifts and off color items. The selection of shot glasses is awesome!

The manager looks like she hates her life and I did not feel welcomed, I remember why I stopped coming to Spencer’s
