ML Beauty Spa

I wanted to get a facial and came across ML Beauty Spa that had great review. Manchou was very professional and very knowledgeable she explaining step by step what she was doing. It was my 2nd time every getting a facial and my face looked amazing. I’m so happy I found her and I can’t wait for the next appt to see the next result of my facial journey.

This was my first facial and Manchou did such an amazing job. She was very professional, took her time, assessed my skin before putting any products on it and asked me of any concerns before we started. I have very sensitive skin and was nervous it may breakout after but it’s been a few days and my skin is flawless:)

I really wanted to support manchou, but my experience wasn’t great. Parking is very limited, so you have to arrive 15 minutes early to find a spot and to walk to her complex. During my appointment, majority of the time was spent creating content rather than focusing on the service, which I was patient and understanding about.. After my appointment I noticed some white heads/ black heads still and I politely expressed my concerns and that I’d prefer the extraction process to be a bit more thorough next time, but instead of taking it as constructive feedback, she became defensive and canceled my next appointment. She even sent me screenshots of other clients praising her work, which I found unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I’m am so glad to have stumbled upon ML Beauty Spa’s page! The service was excellent. I got the detox facial with led and it was exactly what I was looking for and needed to my face. She was professional and explained everything she was doing. I felt comfortable and trust her experience. I will definitely be returning and I also recommend this business for anyone in need of facials regularly! You will not regret it. Thank you so much !
