The older male worker literally followed us around after they checked our IDs and unashamedly went aisle to aisle with us monitoring our every move. Genuinely the most bizarre experience I have ever had and I hope nobody else has to have as weird of an experience as I did. Don’t go here; they will follow you around without any shame. For an adult store with cameras all over, once you check our Ids and see that we are adults, LEAVE US ALONE. Nobody wants to steal the products that promote barely legal hymen breaking either. Disgusting product with disgusting customer service. I don’t know what demographic they want for customers but it is NOT young women.

Always open. Very good for content creators. They definitely keep up with the holidays and always put out new inventory! Nice staff as well.

Excellent selection but overpriced items most can be found on Amazon for cheaper. Very convenient as they're open 24 hours. However no returns I purchased a shirt and walked out to the parking lot and realized that I had purchased the wrong size and immediately turned around walked back inside and they would not exchange it with the receipt for the right size. They would have gotten five stars had it not been for this.

I normally buy alot of stuff from here and I have brought many pairs of shoes but I recently brought these shoes right before work and 30 mins into them being on from simple walking the straps popped in the exact same place on both shoes , I called the store to try to have this fix because this has never happened before and I spend a lot of money with them . They told me to contact pleasure heels . Well I will now only be being directly from the supplier to avoid this kind of things . I am now an online full pleasure shopper $$

Absolutely phenomenal! Jessica was so so sweet and helped me find the things I was looking for. They had a great selection and pricing that can’t be beat. Will be back!

jameson was a phenomenal host, very friendly very welcoming. we come back just to see him. great at suggestive selling & is very helpful when it comes to deciding which toy or lube we need!! 10/10 recommend his store just for the vibe!!
