Not Too Naughty

I didn't even know this store existed in Vallejo. It's actually historical in its existence and had everything you could desire in an adult toy shop. Very knowledgeable staff and oh so helpful when questions arise.

I've made many purchases here but my last experience was super upsetting. I purchased a product and was mislead by its functionality. Once I had opened the product and inspected it(a spreader bar that doesn't spread or collapse) which is not what I wanted. It wasn't used i barely opened the box and plastic packaging. The employees told me all sales final, no store credit, nothing. The employee who sold it to me didn't even pull the product out of the box before hand to show me the functionality. I would of never purchased that spread bar had I known it didn't spread out or collapse in. Shame on you for taking my money and the unkind customer service, I will never spend another dime and definitely don't mind leaving vallejo to go to another store.

First time coming here and I was welcomed by two friendly employees, I believe their names were Hayley and Carlos. The store was kind of busy but Hayley was super attentive and knowledgeable with answering all my questions. I really appreciate her for helping me pick out some goodies for Valentines day and wanted to thank her again for making me feel comfortable as a new customer. I will be returning for sure!
