Scheduled a massage for my husband and he said it was the best massage he has ever gotten. He got the deep tissue massage for 90 minutes and added hot stones. Sharae was his masseuse and apparently she even found knots in his legs and took great care of him. He had been having kinks in his neck for months, and has been relieved of that after this massage. I look forward to booking myself a massage here on our next trip out!

My wife has been a member at Pause Massage for months and has consistently raved about her experiences, especially with her therapist, Mariana. After hearing such wonderful things, I finally decided to book a session for myself. I just had my first massage with Mariana, and I can now say I completely understand the hype! The experience was so fantastic that I signed up for a membership on the spot. This place is truly an incredible find, and we're both now loyal members. We can't recommend it enough!

Was visiting Chicago for work and pleasure. I had a great hike that day and my uber dropped me at my hotel. I search on the map: massage near me and got this location. Went walking. It was super close to everything. The accepted me as a walk in. The space was cute, clean and very welcoming. Laura gave me a great massage and I left feeling awesome.

Had a wonderful experience at Pause today! I’ve only gotten a massage a few times in my life, and this was my first time going to Pause. I chose to go here because it’s very close to me and already had great reviews, and it did not disappoint! The front desk staff was very welcoming and communicative - confirming exactly what I booked and asked about any allergies. Easy check-out too! Natalia was my massage therapist and did a wonderful job. She asked if I had any areas I wanted her to focus on - which was great because my neck and shoulders needed it!She was very kind and checked-in with me throughout the session. Definitely recommend!

My massage experience was okay; not the best but not the worst. One thing that really disappointed me was the add-ons. I paid $18 extra for a scalp massage and it literally lasted 2 minutes. I thought maybe it would extend my massage by at least 10 minutes but it felt very rushed and ultimately like a waste of money.
