Had a fantastic experience at Oskar Blues! The beer selection was excellent, and the BBQ bacon burger was absolutely fabulous—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, and the live music really pulled the whole atmosphere together. Great food, great drinks, and a great vibe—I’ll definitely be back

Super friendly staff; Elena (our server) is awesome and she’s worked here like 10 years. A couple great ‘tasters’ and a good cheeseburger; however, the side of fries could’ve used a few more. My wife got the "Notorius P.I.G" and it had a lot of flavor and was juicy. Their version of "bread & butter" (free appetizer) are "Hush Puppies" - jalapeño poppers with a Chipotle sauce. Everything: food, drinks, beer, atmosphere, and staff were outstanding. We’ll definitely visit here again.

This place is always good Their motto is spot on… Cold Beer | Hot Food I had the dipped prime rib sandwich that was amazing. Enjoyed great music at their wonderful outdoor stage.

FANTASTIC customer service. The food and beers were delicious. I ordered the Chub burger that was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the waitress graciously provided me with little samples of 3 beers before I committed to a pint. I was headed for the double IPA and she suggested I tasted that one as well as other strong ones they had on tap. I ended up branching out and ordering something different and delicious thanks to her suggestion. On the atmosphere, it was relaxed. The music playing lightly enough to add to the ambiance without making it hard for you to hold a conversation without shouting. Chef's kiss all around. Chef's kiss all around.

Fun impromptu night out. Live music was a welcome surprise. Food was tasty. I got the blackened salmon and hubs got the Nashville Fried Chicken. Both were served hot and cooked to perfection. Sam, our server, was attentive without being overbearing and had a sweet, welcoming demeanor. We’ll definitely be back.

What can I say about Oskar Blues Homemade Liquids and Solids? A whole hell of a lot...first things first, I hate saying Homemade liquids and solids. Once you get past the wild name choice there is nothing but greatness at this establishment. The menu is front to back bangers, there isn't anything I've had here that has disappointed. The loaded fries are too easy to eat, the silo burger is layers of goodness and the salmon salad has me questioning my sanity. On top of the food they have a great tap list, some of Dales finest as well as some rotating beers that have never disappointed. Now to the most important part atmosphere and staff. The staff truly is delightful, a ragtag group of "adults" that make you feel right at home. The manager runs a tight ship and goes above and beyond to make people feel welcomed and checked in on. You can also see the staff isn't miserable the entire time they're there. It makes it easier to enjoy your meal when the people working don't hate their lives. If you have Cece as your bartender make sure you ask for food suggestions, the best sandwich I've had here was her suggestion, I still haven't had another sandwich that has rivaled it. They have a sweet upstairs and back patio for music as well. It's one of the coolest places in Longmont, easily. Anyways, if you like good things and you don't suck, you should stop here. It's awesome.
