Customer Reviews
Paragon has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 203 reviews on Google
One of the best places in New York City for contemporary dance music, especially techno. Music aside (with lineups stacked with local and global talent) this space is great. Two dance floors that are nice and dark. Free citrus-infused water. All the staff are super friendly including the bouncers. Drinks are reasonably priced. It was a tragedy when it closed indefinitely but glad they’re back and have maintained the same quality. Will be back again and again
Went to a show on Saturday night. Club was fine, but my phone and my friend's phone were both stolen. Not the club's fault but neither the security nor the manager offered assistance when we spoke to them. I subsequently emailed the club to share the details so that perhaps they could work to prevent future thefts, but got no response. Seemed like sophisticated and orchestrated thefts for the data rather than for the phones, so be aware if you go.
Super rude bouncer. We entered the place and waited in the lobby area for a bit and got a couple of drinks. We were not even interested in going in the club, and no one was at the door when we entered. After we got the drinks they rudely asked us to leave because they said we didn’t pay the entry fees. We told them nobody asked us, and we can pay them right then and there, if they want. But they didn’t even want to have a normal conversation to hear us out and insisted on throwing us out all the while being very rude and didn’t even let us finish the drinks we had just bought. I understand they have to strict, but treating a customer who is ready to pay like someone who sneaked into their precious bar was just not cool.
so happy paragon is back! the vibe has been great every time i’ve went since reopening (twice). the bartenders are always lovely, especially the one person who made my friend a white wine mojito. he has always been such a sweetheart before and after the reopening! door and security are very nice as well. truly a great place to dance and meet others. i do think with the resurrection, maybe some unsavory characters have targeted paragon tho. my friends phone was stolen opening night (and is now several states away). also last night multiple people were looking for their phones throughout the night. it’s nyc, as always, keep your stuff safe. maybe something to warn others about entering the space. but as paragon has reminded us, as always, have fun and dance!! see you in the fog ❤️
has been and always will be my favorite club to dance at in nyc. music is so good, people are so kind and it’s a beautiful venue. I hope it’ll never leave us again like they did back in april, it genuinely can’t be replaced
Awesome drinks, great DJs and well kept club. One of the best clubs in NYC currently, without the rude judgement or stigma at the door of other places. Club tickets are reasonable. Coat check is $4. I love the balcony, main dancefloor and basement. Come thru to see DJ thank you and DJ sour (unpaid and unsponsored)
The best spot to enjoy some experimental techno and house music. Amazing drinks too. They have fresh orange juice and pineapple juice which is a real treat on the dance floor. Don’t forget to have a White Label mate soda which they created, it tastes great with mezcal.
