Perspire Sauna Studio

I became a member during lockdown + recovering from a broken hip. 5 years later I can report consistent, high quality customer service with regularly updated/enhanced IR/LED saunas. Finally writing a review because Vivienne and Hallie were rockstars and so supportive when I was having a difficult morning. The team is the cherry on top. Thank y’all for everything always!!

Unfortunate to write this. The saunas and rooms are nice, not great, but nice. The reason for my low rating: I had surgery and thought I was going to come in and use the facilities more. After using it one time, I went ahead and sent a message to cancel my services. I thought it was a one email and done. But I missed their email fighting to keep my service by offering me a "downgrade package". When I went to check my HSA account, I realized that my account was at $0. I reached and told them, hey I sent the message to cancel, didn't realize I would have to double confirm, but can you at least honor my refund since I didn't use your facilities. I was told absolutely not. So, nothing I can do at this point. I don't want to do a chargeback, but was just hoping the business would honor something I never used.

By far one of the better Studios in Austin I’ve been too. The team is super friendly, helpful and seem rather knowledgeable of the benefits of the sauna. The rooms are a nice size, not too big to where they take forever to heat up nor too small that they feel claustrophobic. Cami and Kate got me squared away in a nice and clean room and I had a great first session, those ladies need a raise for sure!

Waste of time got disciplined for staying longer than the 55 minutes. Instead of telling me directly the lady calls a manager to text me. When the studio is completely empty I like to try to get my moneys worth. Anyways saved a lot of money just going to crunch and using their red light therapy, as well as infrared sauna for only $20 a month. I regret purchasing the membership and of course, the fees were non refundable. I am just out of $179 now for a sauna that barely makes me produce any sweat. For the same price just get a burneek sauna and it will literally get hotter.

Nothing but positive things to say so far. Decided to try it for the first time since they just opened in the neighborhood. Brando was very helpful answering any questions or concerns I had and ensured I was taken care of during my visit. Everything was cleaned properly and overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Will definitely keep coming back to detox and relax!

I’ve been a member for a few months, and have been extremely pleased with this particular franchise of Perspire (Triangle / Central Austin). The staff at this studio location truly cares about the members…something that I wish were the standard that other franchises & franchise owners would espouse.

Perspire Sauna was a great experience. Facility is clean and staff are friendly. The color light therapy and mood music are great additions. Definitely felt rejuvenated after the experience!
