Port Tampa Bay

Ladies and gentlemen my wife and I were booked on a cruise out of Tampa and had to cancel at the last minute and we were pleasantly pleasantly surprised with Ethan called us from Port Tampa Bay parking and notified us that they would be giving us a refund and then it wouldntbe any problem. The reason I say pleasantly surprised because most people God bless them and I know they need the money would never give a refund no matter what and he’s so easy-going customer service friendly thank you Ethan,Thank you Port Tampa Bay parking for being understanding in our time of grief

Leaving out of port of Tampa is complete chaos No police directing mega traffic, no clear signs for long term parking. Super long lines out in hot sun all moving very slow. Nothing like Florida east coast which is state of the art for passenger crowds. NEVER AGAIN this place can spoil a trip before you even leave port. Huge

Just got back from a cruise at terminal 6. Everything went smoothly embarking and disembarking. No lines, no problems. Uber from the airport dropped me off right up from. Shuttles were waiting when we got off the ship. Smooth sailing (pun intended) lol

Last month, I went on a cruise using this terminal for the first time. It was a pleasant experience, and I felt safe. Thank you for your service and attention.

From garage to terminal 6 is over a mile to drag luggage with no help available. Worst port to sail from in Florida. Never again

The hired security have a really bad problem. As we got off the ship, a passenger and an old security guard were arguing in the security guard was threatening to have him arrested and so on. Supervisor came and told the passenger just to keep going I’ll understand that get further down the line I’m waiting for my son‘s friend because they pulled him to another line. The guard asked me to go off to the side I did and then he started talking nonsense in a very aggressive tone that’s when I fired back. Not sure what’s up with security, but they have something going on some power trip or something, but they should be looked into by their supervisors in the port. They’re going to ruin your business.

Port itself is great, valet company is absolutely awful. They did not lock my car at some point and it was broken into and had stuff taken, and they refuse responsibility. Would never recommend to valet your car here. They knew they had broken bar wires on the fence and are still incompetent enough to not lock all vehicles.
