Did the facial and eyebrow lamination/tint with Janette Estrada. Explained to her that I have been anxious to get the lamination done because I hate how thick-sized it turns out on other people’s eyebrows. She assured me she’d do it to the shape of my liking, which is a bit thinner and longer. She did not, in fact, do that. And the inner corners of the eyebrows she did are uneven. It was expensive for a service that I would NEVER recommend. The facial also left me VERY oily and I broke out more than I usually do after the treatment. Did a one hour relaxation with Rochelle. She was fine and very gentle.

Im really disappointed with the massage I had here. I left in a lot of pain even though I shared beforehand an area that can be painful for me, and what works and doesn’t. During the massage I repeatedly called out pain in an area and adjustments weren’t made to help. The massage time also seemed to be cut short. For the price I expected better communication, responsiveness, and skill.

I had my first Massage in years, It could not have been better. Sadie listened to me about my neck and shoulder pain. As I was driving home, I realized I wasn't in pain. The spa was everything you would want a spa to be. Calm, relaxing, and very enjoyable.

Booked here for my wife's birthday, booked a message, facial, and eye brows. Renew called and canceled everything but the message. Owner called me about the issue and was super friendly

Great ambiance and professional staff. I like that they don’t make tipping feel mandatory. I personally prefer straightforward pricing — it feels more honest and relaxing when you can just enjoy the service without added pressure.

I cashed in my gift certificate for two hours of bliss. This included a 60 minute float and a facial. The facility was nice, a few stains on the carpet but the comforts were very spa like. I have never done a float before and didn't really know what to expect. They walked me through everything and I did it! It was a bit unnerving at first but once I got the hang of it.... it was like existing in a void. The great nothing. I then had a facial which was fantastic. Face, neck shoulders and hand massage. So wonderful. The staff was great. If I ever do try a float again, I think I will be better at it knowing what to expect.

It was my first time and Megan was amazing, the staff is very helpful and kind. It is very clean and peaceful, great first experience for sure.
