Great neighborhood bar. The bartender was super friendly and engaged us in conversation.

Being an eagle was and is cool I guess. I don't really know much about it other than the landing thing, so, yeah! And the Raven? Well the Ravens always Lion and they don't try much around here baby doll.

Well. Tiny little bar. 5 people on a sunday during beer bust. Really quiet non stop madonna. Are we sure this is a real eagle. Its seemed like temu eagle.

Been a hot minute since going … but from last visit: Mixed feelings. Went on a very busy pride night. If you've been to a leather bar before, you know the drill. **Please do not be that friend who brings your sassy girlfriends to what is considered a "men’s" leather bar.** Very small location. But there is a dark room. Just very very compact!

This is a failing bar. We were the only ones there for about 30 minutes. The bartender didn't even know about the scheduled activities. Learned the owner supports trump and we won't be back! To bad.

Fun gay bar, aimed at bear and leather types. Have some fun specials. Gets crowded in weekends , obviously

I recently visited the San Diego Eagle with a group of friends and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite the bar's reputation for being a welcoming space, we were asked to leave simply because a few of us didn't immediately buy a drink. This treatment felt unfair and unwelcoming, especially since we were planning to stay and enjoy the evening. The bar seems to cater primarily to an older crowd, and it became evident that younger patrons are not as welcome. The atmosphere, which could have been inclusive and friendly, was instead marred by this unpleasant encounter. I would not recommend the San Diego Eagle to anyone looking for a genuinely hospitable and inclusive experience. There are plenty of other places in San Diego that are far more welcoming and accommodating.
