Scruffy City Hall

Stumbled into this spot by pure happy accident — and it was exactly what we didn’t know we were looking for! Caught some live music, soaked up the good vibes, and even did a little impromptu night walking tour of Knoxville (because why not?). The service? Top notch. The crowd? Friendly as ever. The whole night? A 10/10 unexpected gem. @bucketlistbabekc

The entertainment was top notch ️ The atmosphere was ALIVE! The pizza is UNMATCHED!!! I'll certainly be back!

My husband and I were visiting during Thanksgiving weekend had a awesome time with Teen Spirit band. Loved the whole atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Had an awesome time at Scruffy City Hall. Lexi and Bri were working the bar and absolutely crushed it — they were super friendly, quick with service, and made everyone feel welcome. They mixed great drinks and kept the good vibes going all night. It's rare to find bartenders who are both professional and genuinely fun to talk to. Definitely coming back because of them!

We just stopped for drinks but there were 3 stories of bars. It was fun and the band that was playing that night was pretty good. The roof was not going well cause of rain but I’m sure it is awesome.

It was really cool going in on a random day for a hardrock concert. Beer was tasty, they had a good selection. We didnt get to try any food. Having security to get in was nice, I saw them confiscate a knife.

Bar is cool....some of the bartenders are really cool..... I've got nothing good to say about the dark haired girl on 2nd level ...found out after moving floor she overcharged me $10 ..sukadix... Otherwise...pretty cool
