Purchased lingerie here that was ripped, went back within 24 hours for exchange / return. The "manager" did not honor their return policy. Their receipt clearly states says you have 24 hours to return / exchange clothing. Said they didn’t know if I did it or not... How about trust your customer? $3 lingerie being sold for $50 and you won’t refund or exchange when it was sold damaged. Lost a customer over a simple exchange. Great job!

Jeannette was extremely kind and very very helpful. She made me feel welcome and comfortable the whole hour I spent looking in this store! They have a huge selection for cute outfits and shoes Thank you for everything and I will be coming back

I went there tonight and Jeannette was working. She first greeted me when I walked in the door with a friendly and caring welcome. She then asked me if I needed help and I did! lol I needed a few things and she helped me pick out a lingerie when I struggled to pick one! She was the best worker I’ve encountered out of all the times I’ve been in the store! I’d go when she’s there! 10/10 experience because of her!

I came into Seductions on a mission worthy of Dracula himself — desperate for the perfect vampire look. Jeanette took one look at me, disappeared into the racks, and returned with THE outfit. Perfect fit, perfect vibe, zero stress. She’s basically a fashion psychic, and she’s the reason I’ll be returning for more

Somehow they can't search receipts by time stamp and date like most normal retail businesses? But you know, its a gem in the rough. (Not) The staff atleast tried to help though or acted like it.
