Megan has supported me to cultivate healthy, secure attachment. She keeps it real and invites me to live in greater integrity with myself and others. Her support helps me see relationships more clearly, for what they are, rather than an old, reactive trauma response. She is compassionate, caring, and honest. I am so grateful for her work and wisdom. Also her course, The Way We Fight, has completely changed the game for me. I am orienting towards (and away) from conflict completely differently than before. I used to want to lean into connection all the time, however I see more clearly now, that orienting towards is not always the answer, and can create compounding pain and shame. This work is deep, worth every penny, and HIGHLY recommended. I wouldn't want to do this type of healing work with anyone else. Megan’s course "the way we fight" has been extremely useful for navigating my romantic relationship and also my relationship with friends, family and clients.
